Several weeks later she started to experience pains on the left lobe area of her brain and also experienced a cough that came from the upper bronchi area of the left lung. Testing performed by her physicians revealed in 2010 and reconfirmed in 2011, a 9 mm meningioma on the left lobe of the brain. The patient/client was determined to remove the meningioma and to have it tested, surgery was scheduled at Cedar Sinai Hospital with the surgeon being UCLA’s Director of Neurosurgery. Brain specimen was collected by a private investigator, retained by the client/patient and ear canal specimen was transported to IHS by client/patient. All appropriate chain of custody procedures were followed. It should be mentioned that in reality a 1.2 cm menginoma was removed, but... something horrible and unbelievable was discovered...

Human brain is changing: by means of nanochemtrails and the integration of nanotechnology into the bio-sensory world, the secret goverment is going to monitor or control the human beings. Morgellons disease: a transgenic new plague ? (article of Timothy Bancroft-Hinchey)

We publish an article of Pravda.ru about Morgellons. Unfortunately, the author, although he remembers that Morgellons can be linked to transgenic food, doesn't quote the main cause of this scary pathology, i.e. the chemtrails. Nevertheless the article is important, especially because is explained that fibers, coming out from the patients' skin, are made of aluminum and calcite... Do you remind something?

If we are what we eat, we do not know what we are eating, or the consequences of playing around with the genes of what we eat. Isn't there a possibility that there are potential dangers involved in consuming the unknown? How safe is transgenic food and is there a connection with Morgellons Disease? We name the culprit: Agrobacterium tumefasciens.

Morgellons disease was labelled by Mary Leitao, a biologist in Boston whose two-year-old son developed sores on his lips and complained that he felt bugs crawling under his skin, before skin lesions broke out with fibers coming out of them, accompanied with the sensation of biting and stinging...Mary Leitao chose the name from the "Letter to a friend" written by Thomas Browne in 1690 in which he described an illness which affected children in Languedoc, France, called the Morgellons, who broke out with "harsh hairs on their backs".

The medical system in the U.S.A. considered Mary Leitao to be in need of psychiatric assessment and found nothing wrong with her son... however his condition persisted and open sores broke out all over his body. Similar cases with the same symtoms have over the last decade swept across the U.S.A. and the incidence has accompanied the increased use of transgenic foodstuffs and the spread of transgenic crops.

So serious was the incidence that the Morgellons Research Foundation was set up and by 2006, five years after Mary Leitao raised the alert, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (C.D.C.) formed a task force, which concluded that: "We're not ready to concede there's a new disease, but the volume of concern has stepped up because a lot of people are writing or calling their congressmen about it." By the following year, the C.D.C. had opened the website "Unexplained dermopathy (alias Morgellons)" to study the phenomenon, while researchers in the team declared they were keeping an open mind.

The ensuing study, conducted by the Mayo Clinic and published in the Archives of Dermatology on May 16, 2011 concluded that there was no skin infestation in the patients and backed the original thesis that Morgellons Disease was nothing more than delusional. It even has a name: Delusional parasitosis.

How convenient for the transgenic companies which manipulate the food we are eating.

However, other sources inside and outside the United States of America have reached different conclusions. One of these is the Brazilian researcher Dr. Geraldo Deffune G. de Oliveira, an Agronomical Engineer and member of the Brazilian Association of Biodynamic Agriculture, who claims that the disease does exist, the skin lesions do contain fibers, composed of aluminum and calcite and that the disease is more prevalent in the young and elderly. He has tracked down cases outside the U.S.A. to Europe, Asia and Africa.

The research carried out points towards Agrobacterium tumefasciens, an organism which has been manipulated through genetic engineering and one which creates TI (Tumour-Inducing) Plasmids, structures which carry or insert transgenic materials. What may have happened is that these agrobacteria, present in all soils and which easily acquire nucleic acids, have used this propensity to pick up genes and their mutants which can be pathogenic to human beings. Among these new acquisitions may be the viral promotors used in transgenic technology, which pass from the millions of tonnes of transgenic residue left on the soil whereupon they are absorbed by these agrobacteria.

Conjecture? Hysteria? Delusional parasitosis? Unexplained dermopathy? Not according to research work carried out by Dr. Vitali Citovsky from the State University of New York, whose work "Contribution of Agrobacterium to Morgellons disease" (*) confirms the fears. The main areas of incidence in the USA are tracked down to Florida, Texas and California.

In this work, the lesions which characterise Morgellons Disease are documented, namely being "dysesthesias and dermatologic lesions" along with their symptoms, which "range from minor to disfiguring" and indeed include "non-specific pathology or an inflammatory process with no observable pathogens, often with fibrous material projecting from inflamed epidermal tissue". Even the composition of the fibrous material is documented: containing cellulose, it leads the researchers to believe that there is indeed involvement of the pathogenic Agrobacterium "which is known to produce cellulose fibers at infection sites within host tissues".

The researchers used P.C.R. (Polymerase Chain Reaction) testing for genetic material encoded by the Agrobacterium chromosome, looking for virulent (vir) genes and T-D.N.A. sequences and their screening "indicated the presence of Agrobacterium genes derived both from the chromosome and from the Ti plasmid, including the T-D.N.A., in tissues from both Morgellons patients".

"Conclusions: Our preliminary results indicate that Agrobacterium may be involved in the etiology and/or progression of Morgellons disease. If these results are confirmed, it would be the first example of a plant-infecting bacterium playing a role in human disease.

"Further testing is ongoing to validate this observation and to determine whether Agrobacterium not only resides in the infected areas, but also transforms them genetically".

If that is not conclusive then the research update is:

"Our continuing screen of additional Morgellons patients has identified Agrobacterium genetic material in three additional individuals. Thus, all Morgellons patients screened to date have tested positive for the presence of Agrobacterium, whereas this microorganism has not been detected in any of the samples derived from the control, healthy individuals".

What next? Watch this space. Too many billions have been invested in this massive laboratory experiment spreading what appear to be toxic and pathogenic agents across the Planet for the scheme to grind to a halt. I suspect there will be another hacking attack against this article. As for the researchers...

"The fundamentals of aircraft combat survibability: analysis and design" of Robert A. Ball, is an important book about military strategies. Many researchers and independent scientists studied the link between humidity diminution and chemtrails. In fact, as soon as clouds appear in the sky, chemical airplanes take off and fly to destroy them: rain, snow and fog are an obstacle for electromagnetic signals through the atmosphere. The attenuation becomes significant at frequencies above 10 GHz. The attenuation over a distance R can be expressed in the form exp(−Rα), where α is the rate of attenuation per unit distance. Converting the attenuation to a dB/km format, the approximate values of attenuation in terms of dB/km for a particular atmospheric condition are approximately −0.006 dB/km at 3 GHz, −0.01 dB/km at 10 GHz, and −0.07 dB/km at 30 GHz.42 The corresponding attenuation over a distance of 100 km is −0.6, −1.0, and −7 dB.

Precipitation in the atmosphere in the form of rain, snow and fog can significantly attenuate radar signals as well as contribute to background clutter. Generally, the higher the radar frequency, the more attenuation. The rate of attenuation for both a moderate rain and a heavy fog is approximately 0.1 dB/km for a 10 GHz radar signal. Consequently, the signal will be attenuated by 10 dB after traveling 100 km in a moderate rain or heavy fog.43.

Ischemic stroke hospitalizations increase among children and young adults in U.S.A.

The article that we publish is about the increase in hospitalizations among people aged 15 to 44 for ischemic stroke. The real cause of this increase is not linked to tobacco and alcool, but to geo-engineering: in fact the problem dates from 1995, the year in which chemtrails became a daily poison for people, animals and plants.

Hospitalizations for stroke increased among children and young adults in the U.S. over 14 years, researchers have found. Investigators from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta reported the increase in hospitalizations among people aged 15 to 44 for ischemic stroke, which occurs when a blood vessel supplying the brain is blocked by a clot or by a build-up of fatty deposits called plaque. Stroke is the third leading cause of death in the U.S. and 87 per cent of all cases are attributed to ischemic stroke, according to the American Heart Association.Between 1995 and 2008, hospitalizations for ischemic stroke among those aged five to 14 increased 31 per cent. The rate increased from 3.2 hospitalizations per 10,000 to 4.2 hospitalizations per 10,000.

Among those aged 15 to 34, hospitalizations increased 30 per cent from 5.0 hospitalizations per 10,000 to 6.5 per 10,000, researchers found, informs CBC.ca. In the same 14-year period researchers noted a rise in stroke among youth, they discovered that diabetes, cholesterol and tobacco use "has also increased in adolescents and young adults experiencing stroke," said lead researcher Dr. Mary George, a medical officer in CDC's Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention.

"I was surprised to see the extent of cardiovascular risk factors in this young population," she said. The focus on controlling these risks has usually been among older adults, George said. "We really need to encourage people to lead healthy lifestyles from the time they are very young," she said. "Stroke is largely preventable and eating a healthy diet, getting regular physical activity, avoiding tobacco and alcohol abuse can go a long way to prevent stroke", reports Hispanically Speaking News.

A healthy diet and lifestyle habits can help prevent the onset of stroke and other heart diseases. This includes eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, less salt and saturated fats, not smoking and engaging in regular physical activity.The National Stroke Foundation (Australia) also recommends that people should learn to recognize the signs of strokes, as early detection can make a vast difference in outcome. These include severe headache, changes in speech such as slurring, losing consciousness or feeling dizzy or light-headed, says to PRWire.

Experiments with strontium and barium vapour releases in the upper atmosphere, carried out in the Sahara and in Sardinia in 1964, are discussed. The yield of evaporated metal was tested for different chemical reactions. Sr proved to have efficiencies up to 40 per cent. For Ba a mixture of CuO and Ba gave the best results with a yield of nearly 7 per cent. No Sr ions were observed in the experiments. Barium, however, is strongly ionized. The ionization proceeds in two different steps: during the initial phase with a characteristic time of about 5 sec and by a slower photoionization process with a characteristic time of about 100 sec. The diameter of the neutral clouds increased as one would expect for purely molecular diffusion. The rate of increase in the central intensity of the clouds at sunrise was greater than the rate of decrease at sunset. Atmospheric wind velocities of 50-130 msec−1 were determined from the motion of the neutral clouds. The motion of the ion clouds perpendicular to the Earth's magnetic field in- dicated the presence of electric fields. The initial expansion velocity for explosive mixtures was greater by about a factor of four than the mean thermal velocity of the atoms at a temperature of about 3000°K.

The "journalist" Jesus Diaz writes about tornadoes in the Midwest: "It's hard to believe that this beauty (sic) can cause so much grief and damage, but from space even the deadliest of natural (sic) disasters always looks strangely soothing and mesmerizing. Those 'explosions' of clouds seem to come from Earth herself. The satellite images show five days of deadly Midwestern tornadoes, from May 20 to 25. They were taken by the G.O.E.S.-13 satellite and ithey show the storms that spawned the deadly Joplin, Missouri tornado on May 22 (around 5:30 p.m.) and the Oklahoma tornado event (Oklahoma City and Piedmont, Oklahoma) on May 24, 2011.

The silly Diaz provides us with precious information, when he observes: "Those 'explosions' of clouds appear to come from the Earth itself." . It is just this way! In fact the huge cones of clouds, taken from the satellite, are generated by special machines built just by N.A.S.A., the military and "scientific" institution, which takes the vortices.

We have no doubt: the calamities in the United States (disastrous fires in the west, floods in the Midwest) are ALL of military origin. The secret government uses deadly weapons to destroy the nation. It is not a coincidence: N.A.S.A. recently sent letters to the staff, in which it recommends the employees and their families to prepare themselves for an emergency (earthquake, epidemic, flood, riot...), taking stock of supplies.

Exclusive: Military’s ‘persona’ software cost millions, used for ‘classified social media activities’

Most people use social media like Facebook and Twitter to share photos of friends and family, chat with friends and strangers about random and amusing diversions, or follow their favorite websites, bands and television shows.

But what does the US military use those same networks for? Well, we can't tell you: That's "classified," a CENTCOM spokesman recently informed Raw Story.

One use that's confirmed, however, is the manipulation of social media through the use of fake online "personas" managed by the military. Raw Story recently reported that the US Air Force had solicited private sector vendors for something called "persona management software." Such a technology would allow single individuals to command virtual armies of fake, digital "people" across numerous social media portals.

These "personas" were to have detailed, fictionalized backgrounds, to make them believable to outside observers, and a sophisticated identity protection service was to back them up, preventing suspicious readers from uncovering the real person behind the account. They even worked out ways to game geolocating services, so these "personas" could be virtually inserted anywhere in the world, providing ostensibly live commentary on real events, even while the operator was not really present.

When Raw Story first reported on the contract for this software, it was unclear what the Air Force wanted with it or even if it had been acquired. The potential for misuse, however, was abundantly clear.

A fake virtual army of people could be used to help create the impression of consensus opinion in online comment threads, or manipulate social media to the point where valuable stories are suppressed.

Ultimately, this can have the effect of causing a net change to the public's opinions and understanding of key world events.

'Classified social media activities'

According to Commander Bill Speaks, the chief media officer of CENTCOM's digital engagement team, the public cannot know what the military wants with such technology because its applications are secret.

"This contract," he wrote in reference to the Air Force's June 22, 2010 filing, "supports classified social media activities outside the U.S., intended to counter violent extremist ideology and enemy propaganda."

Speaks insisted that he was speaking only on behalf of CENTCOM, not the Air Force "or other branches of the military."

While he did reveal who was awarded the contract in question (PDF), he added that the Air Force, which helps CENTCOM's contracting process out of MacDill, has even other uses for social media that he could not address.

A series of targeted searches for other "persona management software" contracts yielded no results.

Mystery bidder

While data security firm HBGary Federal was among the contract's bidders listed on a government website, the job was ultimately awarded to a firm that did not appear on the FedBizOpps.gov page of interested vendors.

A controversy over the HBGary firm, which recently had its inner-workings dumped onto the Internet by hackers with protest group "Anonymous," was what initially brought the "persona" contract to light.

HBGary, which conspired with Bank of America and the Chamber of Commerce to attack WikiLeaks, spy on progressive writers and use malware against progressive organizations, was also revealed to have constructed software eerily similar to what the Air Force sought.

"This contract was awarded to a firm called Ntrepid," Speaks wrote to Raw Story. "In addition to the classified activities this software supports, USCENTCOM, like most military commands, does use social media to inform the public of our activities. I should emphasize that such uses do not employ the kind of technology that was the subject of this contract solicitation."

Ntrepid Corporation, registered out of Los Angeles, bills itself as a privacy and identity protection firm in some job postings, and a national security contractor in others, but its official website was amazingly just one page deep and free of even a single word of description.

In spite of their thin online presence, Speaks said the firm was awarded $2,760,000 to carry out the "persona management" contract.

He added that it was unclear why the contract went to an unlisted bidder, and that he would try to find out and report back.

Update: On Wednesday morning, Speaks issued the following statement: "Federal Business Opportunities is a tool used to advertise Government requirements. When a requirement is posted on the FedBizOpps.gov website, potential offerors can enter their information into the interested vendors section but, they are not required to in order to be eligible to compete. Additionally, an offeror need not have access to the FedBizOpps.gov website in order to compete for Government contracts."

Privacy? Or something else?

Ntrepid's chief technology officer, Lance Cottrell, founded the privacy firm Anonymizer, Inc. in 1995, making him a global leader in identity protection and cryptography. He also runs theprivacyblog.com.

Far from just being involved in privacy efforts, Ntrepid is a player in the national security realm and was invited to give a presentation for the US EUCOM i3T conference, which took place in Berlin last week.

Event organizers described the affair as a series of talks "on the challenges to developing technology, demonstrations of advanced technology pertinent to facilitating and/or enabling security and stability, ways and means of analyzing socio-cultural risks and opportunities, and the operationalization and execution of solutions to mitigate or avail issues with U.S. and multinational partners."

Featured speakers included the US EUCOM director of intelligence, the director of the Air Force Research Labratory and the chief information officer of the Defense Intelligence Agency, among other high-profile names.

While the company is remarkably scarce with information on their website, descriptions of the firm's goals seem to vary depending on their job openings.

One post seeking a "senior QA test engineer," filed with corporate candidate tracking firm Catsone.com, describes Ntrepid as "the global leader in online privacy, anonymity, and identity protection solutions".

But another help wanted ad, seeking an "intelligence analyst" on Appone.com, described Ntrepid as "a leading provider of technology and managed services to national security customers in the areas of cyber operations, analytics, language engineering, and TTL".

Its customers are both public and private sector, the ad said.

A Linked In profile of the company cited them as providers of "software, hardware, and managed services for cyber operations, analytics, linguistics, and surveillance." It had at least 30 employees, according to the business networking site, all located in either San Diego or Washington, DC.

Cottrell himself has advocated on behalf of civil liberties, claiming that widespread Internet surveillance tends to provide no real security benefits.

Efforts to contract both Ntrepid Corporation and Mr. Cottrell did not trigger a response by late Tuesday. A phone number could not be located.

A new study has shown that microbes are present in the heart of these materials

Living bacteria that gets whipped up into the sky may be just the spark needed for rain, snow and even hailstorms, research now finds. In June 2010, a hailstorm with stones of more than five centimeters in diameter in the state of Montana, United States, led to a unique singular discovery: bacteria may be responsible for the formation of rain, snow and hail.

"I was on the campus of the University (State of Montana in Bozeman, in the United States) when these huge stones began to fall, breaking windows. We collected them and analyzed what existed in their center and we found large amounts of bacteria," explained Alexander Michaud, during a teleconference call to present the research at the 111th General Meeting of the American Society for Microbiology, which ends on Tuesday (24th) in New Orleans, United States.

The ice cubes were divided into four layers, melted down and their composition was analyzed separately. The closer Michaud and his colleagues got near the nucleus of the hail, the more bacteria there was. "They were alive, although it is not necessary for this to happen so they could form the hail," said Brent Christner, Louisiana State University, who also participated in the work.

Their presence in the atmospheric region from which the hail is formed is an indicator that they may be one of those responsible for its formation. "What we can say now is that the bacteria had a part in creating this hail. Now how important is it on a global scale is not yet known, " said Christner.

Normally, minerals and other particulates were considered responsible for agglutinating the particles of water present in the clouds until they are large enough to turn into rain, snow or sleet. For this to happen, however, the water must be at a temperature much lower than usually exists in the clouds.

In other words: in theory the minerals should not be responsible for creating the nuclei that give rise to rain, ice and hail. The key may lie in bacteria. "We know of only 1% of microbes are able to create these nuclei. We still need to discover about the remaining 99%," explained Christner.

The new research shows that a large variety of bacteria and even fungi, diatoms and algae, are found in the clouds and can be used as precipitation starters, a growing field of study called bioprecipitation.

The plant pathogen Psuedomonas syringae was studied and plays an important role in snow formation all over the world, including Antarctica, where there are few plants. Very good at creating ice at temperatures above the normal freezing point of water, the pathogen is equipped with a special substance that binds water molecules in an orderly arrangement and in this way can more easily form ice particles.

Herbicides were used by the U.S. during the Vietnam War to defoliate the hiding places of the Viet Cong (VC) guerillas and North Vietnamese Army (NVA) regulars. The most infamous herbicide used was called Agent Orange. The steel drums in which the herbicide was transported were color-coded with an orange stripe. Other colors such as Blue, White, Purple and Pink, were used to designate different herbicide formulations.
The largest volume of herbicide was applied from the air by C-123 "Provider" twin-engine aircraft. This air spray program was code named Operation Ranch Hand.

A German woman committed suicide: she had Morgellons and the spectacular way she committed suicide is a desperate scream against silence and censure which cover this dire disease caused by chemtrails.

A woman in Germany jumped to her death from a hot air balloon. Monica B. had Morgellons. She chose this spectacular method of suicide to publicize the plight of those with this illness. This has produced a storm of publicity about Morgellons in Germany. The backlash went to Marc Neumann. He had been contacted to help Monica B., but before he could get through to her she committed suicide. I just talked to him and he feels threatened. His German site was being attacked as we spoke. His site has been suddenly visited by numerous government agencies. And most notably by those companies that produce pesticides containing bioinsecticides made with fungi, nematodes, bacteria and other living materials. The biggest of those companies is Bayer which was on his site just today.

Marc Neumann went to see a lawyer about suing the pesticide companies that are causing widespread environmental hazards. Now he is actually in fear for his life, because he has spoken out about a multimillion business. If he decides to sue these companies he might be in danger. I for one would help him any way I could, including a defense fund, if needed. Or, if he could actually sue these companies, I would like to contribute to shut them down. This includes the evil Monsanto.

When I hear "scientists" who say that sunlight is an excellent way to get clean energy, I ask myself in which planet these fellows live: in fact, because of the chemtrails, sunlight is very pale and solar power generation decreases all over the world.

The Alachua County Environmental Protection Agency Committee (E.P.A.C.) will consider local implications of a "classified" geoengineering program secretly authorized by the U.S. Government over 14 years ago.

Called, "Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering" (S.A.G.) in government documents, the operation uses high flying jet tanker aircraft to disburse chemical trails that take on the deceptive appearance of what climatologists call "persistant contrails".

The implications to health and welfare were outlined in HR 2977, The Space Preservation Act of 2001. Author of the Bill, Rep., Dennis Kucinich popularized the term "chemtrails" and refered to them as an "exotic weapon" in the text.

Despite the many theoretical considerations to national security and global warming, local investors in solar panels including GRU - are currently denied the operating efficiency of normal sunlight.

Alternative energy expert, Dane Wigington owns one of the largest residential solar power systems in Northern California and began to notice very high declines in his own solar power generation. It can be decreased by as much as 60 percent on what he calls “heavy spraying days”. Wigington said, “The trails are literally blocking the sun”.

In a request by this author, Wigington offered to share his data with G.R.U. and Alachua County Environmental Protection officials on request.

Are many earthquakes artificial and linked to H.A.A.R.P? The author of this brief but significant article thinks so.

Can’t say for sure, and many jump to the conclusion that every earthquake is the result of H.A.A.R.P. or other atmospheric heater activity. Haiti for example did have corresponding H.A.A.R.P. activity and other anomalies. Chile apparently did not. But checking a H.A.A.R.P. monitoring website, after seeing the news about the heavy earthquake activity in Iceland, there’s a clear correlation. Put it this way. We know it’s possible for this technology to do such a thing.

Who’d benefit and why Iceland?

1. Iceland didn’t take the bail out and hasn’t wanted to knuckle under to the E.U. They still have a strong free market economy and are poised for recovery. That’s not falling in line with the program.

2. In addition, Iceland recently established themselves as a “free speech haven” to protect journalists and their sources, even offering censorship-free servers and other services to journalists and Internet businesses. Sound like an idea those wanting an Internet crackdown would like to see happen?

3. More volcanos would also further exascerbate the horrific weather Europe is experiencing. That should keep their minds off of politics, their engineered economic maelstrom and quell any thoughts about demonstrating now, wouldn’t it?

Operation L.A.C.

It's well known that Wikipedia is an implausible or superficial encyclopaedia. This applies particularly to Wikipedia Italy, whose terms "hot" are established and controlled by frustrated and failed fellows known as disinfo-agents (or debunkers). However, even the infamous Internet encyclopaedia can not abstain from reporting certain events. For example, we remember "Operation L.A.C. (Large Area Coverage), a criminal trial designed to test the dispersion of Sulphide cadmium zinc in wide areas of the United States of America. The operation was successful: the toxic cloud was spread to cover a very large region of the U.S.A., encroaching into Canada and Mexico too. The experiment was not an isolated incident, but only one of the first and many tests which culminated in the daily activities of very broad and global poisoning known as "chemtrails”.

Earlier tests

There were tests that occurred prior to the first spraying affiliated with Operation L.A.C. The Army admitted to spraying in Minnesota locations from 1953 into the mid-1960s.

Operation

Operation L.A.C. was undertaken in 1957 and 1958 by the U.S. Army Chemical Corps. Principally, the operation involved spraying large areas with zinc cadmium sulphide. The U.S. Air Force loaned the Army a C-119, "Flying Boxcar", and it was used to disperse zinc cadmium sulphide by the ton in the atmosphere over the United States. The first test occurred on December 2, 1957 along a path from South Dakota to International Falls, Minnesota.

The tests were designed to determine the dispersion and geographic range of biological or chemical agents. Stations on the ground tracked the fluorescent zinc cadmium sulphide particles. During the first test and subsequently, much of the material dispersed ended up being carried by winds into Canada. However, as was the case in the first test, particles were detected up to 1,200 miles away from their drop point. A typical flight line covering 400 miles would release 5,000 pounds of zinc cadmium sulphide and in fiscal year 1958 around 100 hours were spent in flight for L.A.C. That flight time included four runs of various lengths, one of which was 1,400 miles.

Specific tests

The December 2, 1957 test was incomplete due to a mass of cold air coming down from Canada. It carried the particles from their drop point and then took a turn northeast, taking most of the particles into Canada with it. Military operators considered the test a partial success, because some of the particles were detected 1,200 miles away, at a station in New York state. A February 1958 test at Dugway Proving Ground ended similarly. Another Canadian air mass swept through and carried the particles into the Gulf of Mexico. Two other tests, one along a path from Toledo, Ohio to Abilene, Texas and another from Detroit, to Springfield, Illinois, to Goodland, Kansas, showed that agents dispersed through this aerial method could achieve widespread coverage when particles were detected on both sides of the flight paths.

Scope

According to Leonard A. Cole, an Army Chemical Corps document titled "Summary of Major Events and Problems" (1958) described the scope of Operation L.A.C. Cole stated that the document outlined that the tests were the largest ever undertaken by the Chemical Corps and that the test area stretched from the Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean, and from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico. Other sources describe the scope of LAC varyingly, examples include, "Midwestern United States", and "the states east of the Rockies". Specific locations are mentioned as well. Some of those include: a path from South Dakota to Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dugway Proving Ground, Corpus Christi, Texas, north-central Texas, and the San Francisco Bay area.

Risks and issues

A large body of evidence exists of ZnCdS having adverse health effects as a result of LAC. However, a U.S. government study, done by the U.S. National Research Council stated, in part, "After an exhaustive, independent review requested by Congress, we have found no evidence that exposure to zinc cadmium sulphide at these levels could cause people to become sick." Still, the use of ZnCdS remains controversial and some critics have accused the Army of "literally using the country as an experimental laboratory".

This never before seen video footage shows a McDonnell Douglas KC-10 aircraft. This sophisticated design of tankers was originally intended for military ‘air-to-air’ refueling operations. However, in this case, as clearly demonstrated by this whistleblower video, this KC-10 has been modified with spraying nozzles and turbo fans, which are clearly visible.

The video might have been uploaded by a military pilot, if the user name is taken into consideration (Youtube user name of USAFFEKC10). A dog on the loose*… A flaw in the system…

• -”A dog on the loose,” or “an agile dog” in the Italian language (“Un cane sciolto”… as in a canine that’s smart, agile and flexible enough to escape from a cage or his master, and refuses to become domesticated) is an informal reference made to someone who doesn’t follow the rules, a rogue individual, or someone who’s truly free and independent.

The rain-making bacteria (by Jay Hardy)

We publish a scientific article by Dr Jay Hardy. The author, who analyzes the link between rain and bacteria (he quotes Pseudomonas syringae too, a bacterium that chemtrails researchers know very well), reveals, in an unvoluntary way, some techniques used in order to change the temperature for ice formation. We understand why many fruits and crops cultivations are harmed and destroyed by bacteria. We are not so sure that "bio-preciptation" is just a natural phenomenon without dangerous consequences.

During a cloudburst, we often say that it’s raining “cats and dogs”. In reality, it’s actually raining bacteria; a natural phenomenon that presents no cause for alarm. The sky, once thought of as a sterile void, is actually teeming with bacteria, which are vital for watering the plants below. Biological precipitation, or the "bio-precipitation" cycle as it is called, starts when bacteria form colonies on the surface of plants. Winds will then sweep the bacteria into the atmosphere and ice crystals form around them. Water molecules clump onto the crystals, making them bigger and bigger. The ice crystals turn into rain or snow and fall to the ground. When precipitation occurs, the bacteria have the opportunity to make it back down to the ground. If even one bacterium lands on a plant, it can multiply and form colonies, thus causing the cycle to repeat itself over and over. Nuclei are the seeds around which ice is formed. Snow and most rain begin with the formation of ice in clouds. Dust and soot can also serve as ice nuclei. But biological ice nuclei are different from dust and soot nuclei, because only these biological nuclei can cause freezing at warmer temperatures.

David Sands of Montana State University has been studying bio-precipitation for 25 years.

Recent discoveries show that “rain-making bacteria” are more efficient at forming these nuclei than inert particles, due to their larger size and surface area.

Minerals can only orient a few water molecules but bacterial proteins are big and can orient many simultaneously. Ski resorts exploit this property by using attenuated bacteria for the seeding of artificial snow. The older method of seeding clouds with silver iodide has been in use for over 60 years. Most research to date involves the ability of Pseudomonas syringae to serve as the nuclei in the promotion of ice crystals. “Ice-minus bacteria” is a nickname given to a variant of this microorganism. This strain of P. syringae lacks the ability to produce a certain surface protein, usually found on wild-type "ice-plus" P. syringae. The "ice-plus" protein (Ina protein, "Ice nucleation-active" protein) found on the outer bacterial cell wall acts as the nucleating centers for ice crystals. This facilitates ice formation, hence the designation "ice-plus." The ice-minus variant of P. syringae is a mutant, lacking the gene responsible for ice-nucleating surface protein production. Electron micrograph of Pseudomonas syringae, which produces a surface protein that serves as nuclei around which ice crystals form at warmer temperatures than usual.

This lack of surface protein provides a less favorable environment for ice formation. Both strains of P. syringae occur naturally, but recombinant D.N.A. technology has allowed for the synthetic removal or alteration of specific genes, enabling the creation of the ice-minus strain. The introduction of an ice-minus strain of P. syringae to the surface of plants causes competition between the strains. Should the ice-minus strain win out, the ice nucleate provided by the wild type P. syringae would no longer be present, thus lowering the level of frost development on plant surfaces at normal water freezing temperature (0oC). Everyone knows that water freezes at 0o C; however few know that ultra pure water (without nuclei forming particles) freezes at -40oC. The ice-forming bacteria increase the temperature at which ice crystals form, thus wreaking havoc for farmers when tender leaves are destroyed by a coating of ice.

In the United States alone, it has been estimated that frost accounts for approximately $1 billion in crop damage each year. As P. syringae commonly inhabits plant surfaces, its ice nucleating nature incites frost development at warmer “…Microbes can metabolize and grow in clouds, meaning that the atmosphere may represent an environment for life”temperatures than 0o C, freezing the buds of the plant and destroying the crop.

Pseudomonas syringae is not the only ice nucleator, but is the most common and all varieties share a common cell wall protein structure that serves as a scaffold for free-floating water molecules. The green dots are P. syringae bacteria that are suspended in ice. The bacteria provide a surface for water vapor to join and form ice crystals, which later fall to earth as snow or rain.

The discovery of bio-precipitation has many far reaching implications. For example, a reduced amount of bacteria on crops could affect the climate. Because of the bio-precipitation cycle, overgrazing in a dry year could actually decrease rainfall, which could then make the next year even dryer. Rain-making bacteria have been found around the globe, even in Antarctica. “Previous work has shown that” said Brent Christner, a researcher from Louisiana State University. “It is possible that cloud-borne microbes could ‘turn on’ their ice nuclear proteins in the atmosphere and subsequently be returned to the ground in snow or rain. This is a very exciting possibility that further research could unearth.” This discovery reminds us once again of the importance of microbes in our environment, even in the sky above us.

Pensioner chains herself to gates of Dail (Ireland) in chemtrails protest

We publish an important news about an Irish citizen who protested against massive chemtrails operation over Kildare, Ireland. This brave woman saw large black helicopters spraying the town: military forces use, in order to spread poisons, helicopters too. Breda Murphy has lived in the town of Kildare for much of her life. So when around the 14th of June this year an intensive programme of aerial spraying over Kildare began, she noticed almost immediately. She even witnessed large black helicopters spraying the town. Within days of the commencement of the spraying she and many of her neighbours started experiencing severe adverse health effects. These included nose bleeds, migraines and serious respiratory complaints.

Breda herself endured headaches, breathlessness, severe aches and pains and an elevated temperature. One side of her face swelled up and her eyes became so badly swollen that she had trouble seeing out of them. She was forced to consult an emergency doctor and was diagnosed with elevated blood pressure and infections of the sinuses and upper respiratory tract. She spent a miserable summer cooped up in her house, leaving it, only when absolutely necessary. In the last few weeks the spraying over Kildare has recommenced. Breda and her neighbours are once again living in fear for their health.

Breda demands that the government immediately puts a stop to the spraying of Kildare and the other targeted areas of the country! As to do otherwise constitutes a serious breach of hers and all other affected Irish men and women’s basic human rights!

San Francisco – Now it is official. Researchers have shown that uranium oxide, or D.U., “travels the nerves from the nose to the brain,” in the words of a University of Chicago doc and researcher.A tiny amount (a milligram) of this radioactive poison quick marches up your smelling nerves right into your brain and keeps firing 1.2 Million bullets a day – forever. That’s a bunch.

850 rounds a minute

The radioactive 850 rounds a minute automatic weapon is about as big as the period at the end of this sentence, never needs reloading and never jams. It’s a perfect killing machine for brain cells and other cells. The range is about 20 cells, after that there is what the famous British physicist Dr. Chris Busby calls the “bystander effect.” He discovered it, he gets to name it.

These radioactive automatic weapons are so small they can float right through your clothes, evade your skin’s defenses and invade your body. Wherever the weapons alight inside, there is trouble as they never stop firing and there is no limit to their number. In a soldiers brain, trouble shows up in a noticeable way to others. As for the 20 cell radius ball within Range, think of these powerful Bullets each as a 100 car, 100 mph, or 160 kmh, fully loaded freight train obliterating a small dog tied to the railroad tracks. Right, for the 20 cells that are within range – in all directions, it ain’t pretty.

To me, this means these 20 cell radius spheres in soldiers and vets brains turn to jelly or mush, weird diseases or cancers, or all of the above. No wonder VA Secretary and former General Eric Shinseki has noted the big increase in the VA’s contract Psychiatric services. This radioactive bullet explanation for vets unusual behaviours holds water and makes perfect sense to me. The vets are under attack internally. Actually inside their skulls and in their brains. Worse, there’s nothing they can do about it. The huge VA system is also helpless. There is no cure and no treatment.

The VA knows it and is stonewalling. They fired the only doc who stood up to them on D.U. Word travels fast among the cowed medical staffs.

So, the Vets get slapped with some fake diagnosis and sent to the shrink or told there is nothing wrong with them. No way the spineless docs are going to call it like it is. They grab their 250K and slink home, comfortable every night. That ain’t no way to run an Army; but, it IS a way to run the world’s most lethal Armed Force right into the ground. Major Doug Rokke, Ph.D, Ret., former Director of the Pentagon’s Depleted Uranium Project, puts it succinctly “It [DU] is killing our own troops.”

Since no less than Gen Shinseki has pointed out the huge increases in contract psychiatric services, let’s all take note of it and ask real loud “Why is this happening to Vets? They are not the enemy!” It’s way past time to take names and kick ass in DC. That means changing the President as s/he appoints the head of the DOD. Not so hard to do, really. It is simply what is required. No wonder D.U. in the brain drives Vets nuts. The suffering these Vets must go through is unimaginable. OK. Here’s the targeted science, make up your own minds. I did.

Air Pollution From Aerial Spraying

The latest concerns for air pollution today is largely due to aerial spraying. Our aerial debris, emissions, and smog now have things like nano composites, G.E.M.S, smart dust, smart motes, and RDIF ID tags...where as this may sound very sci fi for many readers it is the number one growing industry on today's markets. G.E.M.S. refers to micron-scale airborne probes that can monitor all regions of the Earth with unprecedented spatial and temporal resolution. The probes are designed to remain suspended in the atmosphere for hours to days and take measurements of pressure, temperature, humidity, and wind velocity as they are carried by atmospheric currents.

The prefix 'nano' means 1/1,000,000,000 of a meter. The particulate matter of something so small is obviously going to go undetected in our normal tests for both environmental and indoor air pollution hazard standards.

The following prediction comes from a digital library we cite for information at http://ieeexplore.ieee.org. "Recent and future advancements in materials science and nanotechnology could pave the way for the design and development of hybrid morphing probes that literally merge the life sciences with nonliving mechanical devices, thus creating "partially living probes". These hybrid probes would be artificially intelligent and could change shape and perform different functions using smart materials and structures." Sci fi sounding or not...this is our present day and future reality.

The question here is, do we (and especially the technologists creating these nano enhanced materials) really know the hazardous impact on our environment from the unregulated disbursement of nanotechnology?

In the following article there is a time line that documents the 'official' position of the EPA and their projections to get these answers..."June 2009: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) develops a text on the Guidelines for Advanced Nano Materials Exposure and Toxicology. It states that the document and toxicological risk assessments on advanced nano materials will be completed in 2013." That is a really long time from the point of contact and exposure that is occurring now!

Fortunately there are many individuals from the private sector of science, research, and development keeping a watchful eye and documenting the health and pollution impact. Well, the new Chicken Little who, graduated from Chicken Little 101 of the world knows that it is true – the sky is falling - filled with not only just molecules of the air we breathe, but aerial emissions, smog, G.E.M.S., smart dust, smart motes, RDIF ID tags, and other debris. It is being sprayed day and night making “X’s, O’s, A’s and other grids in the sky over our global nations cities whether for weather modification, vector control, and/or aerial mass inoculations. Hear this - Chicken Little’s’ - of the world it is time for us to grow up and not be like the wooden boy Pinocchio. We must become real thinking scholars. All of us, who realize that any continuous exposure from even the simplistic contrails of a plane flying over head for long periods of time, will cause you to breathe “bad air,” that will eventually cause lung damage. It does not matter if it is carbon particles or nano composites laced with modified waterborne polyurethane (Styrofoam) mixed with modified food starch as an aerial dispersant. It can make shiny white sticky goo in any healthy lung of an athlete, child, animal or even Chicken Little himself. This paper will outline and address aerial spraying through a time line that depicts the aerial emission events and ends with fellow human being’s thoughts on a simple form of consciousness for those who deploy aerial pollutive materials into our environment’s air, land and water ways.

A HISTORICAL TIME LINE OF AERIAL SPRAYING IN AND BY THE USA HOME OF THE RED, WHITE & BLUE and UNCLE SAM

1949: The first use of aerial spray operations under State and Federal mandates for vector control (insects, virus, etc.) beginning under the Geneva Act for Chemical and Biological Weapons of 1949.

1949 – Present: Many subsequent amendments to the above Act, and parallel U.S. Acts including the 2001 Patriot Act, 2001 Space Preservation Act, and the 2005 Weather Modification Research and Technology Act, have expanded the authority to conduct aerial spray operations over U.S. territory for a wide variety of purposes.

1954-1975: “Vietnam Era” U.S. involvement in Southeast Asia leads to military research, development, and deployment of aerial spray operations for a wide variety of military objectives on the largest scale yet seen, with the application of Agents Orange, Blue, White, Pink and Purple, etc., to millions of acres of Southeast Asian territory.

1974: U.S. Navy Secretary, acting for U.S. Government, patents a highly efficient powder contrail dispersing technology for emitting from high and low altitude aircraft.

1984: The U.S. documentary film SECRET AGENT, brings to U.S. audiences video footage of aerial spray operations in Vietnam and the United States, and interviews it includes with Vietnam veterans and their families about health consequences for people on the ground.

1988: Then-Vice President George H.W. Bush allegedly gives secret orders to the CIA to revive the long-dormant MK-ULTRA mind control division, which had supposedly been ordered shut down by Congress in 1963. This division will reportedly be involved with human-implantable chip technologies, according to allegations made by Dave Larson in 2009 (see Larson in the 2009 Timeline).

1989: The Treaty of Open Skies (TOS) is initiated by George H.W. Bush. This proposal will allow foreign pilots flying on United Nations aircraft to legally overfly U.S. territory; presumably to verify military data as per START international agreements.

1992: The Open Skies Treaty (TOS) is signed in Helsinki (signed for USA by Secretary of Defense, James Baker).

1992-93: TOS is supported by Clinton Administration

1993: TOS is officially ratified by the U.S. Senate.

2000: The Official Department of the Air Force response to queries about chemtrails reads in part: “the term “chemtrail” is a hoax that began circulating approximately three years ago which asserts the government is involved in a joint federal program of covert spraying of the public . . . There is no such thing as a “chemtrail” – the natural contrails are safe and are a natural phenomenon. They pose no health hazard of any kind.”

January 2000-July 2001: Clifford Carnicom receives the first official refusal from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for his request to analyze sample(s) collected underneath an aerial spray operation (“Fibrous Substance Sample”; refusal letter requires 18 month response time form date of request.

March 2001: Retired U.S. Army General Al Cuppett, a former insider of the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, blows whistle to U.S. military Central Command about the presence of Russian (and possibly foreign national) pilots that are using United nations aircraft for their spray operations, conducted through aerial spray operations above the U.S. mainland. Cuppett alleges this activity dates back to 1993, when the Treaty on Open Skies was officially ratified by the U.S.

January 2002: TOS is officially in force after Russia and Belarus complete their ratification processes.

2001-2006: Samples are collected on the ground underneath aerial spray operations and analyzed by numerous civilian investigators in the USA (Idaho, GA, and other locations), The samples reveal a wide variety of heavy metals, toxic chemical compounds, bioengineered fungi, and other biological active materials in the samples collected.

Note: The difference between a contrail and chemtrail is the time limit. Chemtrails last for long periods of time in the atmosphere/skies.

2004: First reports of an anomalous disease dubbed “Morgellons disease,” begin to surface. It is named “Morgellons” because its reported symptoms of fibers protruding from the skin are supposedly similar to symptoms reported in the 1600’s by a French physician named Morgellon. No one seems able to accurately diagnose what causes this mystery disease.

2004-2006: the U.S. Center for Disease Control says that patients reporting these symptoms are most likely suffering from “delusional parasitosis,” and recommends people suffering with Morgellons to be referred to an psychiatrist for mental evaluation. CDC maintains this posture for four years in the face of mounting criticism and contrary evidence.

2005: The Weather Modification Research and Technology Act further legitimizes and expands rationale for aerial spray operation above the U.S. mainland. Thus, the Act includes regulatory statutes for vector control and mass aerial immunizations in addition to weather modification dispersion of specific chemical “chad materials.”

2006: Samples of fibers and other materials are removed and collected from 24 participants, located in various global locations. All 24 participants are reported to have anomalous Morgellons-like symptoms. The samples were sent to Dr. Hildegarde Staninger (Integrative Health Systems, LLC), and analyzed by four (4) independent laboratories. Initial findings determine that the fibers are silicone based with a two part polyester resin of acryolin and methylmethacrylates. The findings also reveal no biological substances are present. Subsequent findings from these and additional samples taken from individuals within a wide geographical area of distribution all indicate the presence of advanced nano materials (extremely small manufactured materials). The nano materials are found to contain elements of patented weapons-grade nano materials. These weapons grade nano technologies are found in fibers removed from lesions in humans, as well as in fibrous “cotton candy” like material collected on the ground and observed floating down through the sky after aerial spraying operation in Texas, USA.

2006-2008: Center for Disease Control continues to equate “Morgellons disease: with delusional parasitosis, and continues to recommend treatment by a psychiatrist.

2007: Allegations – not confirmed – of a new federal policy allowing vaccine makers immunity from prosecution for damages from aerial spray operations conducting vaccine research on American public without permission (under guise of pathogen/biological countermeasures Homeland Security program).

2007: “Under these (federal) acts and the current testing for pathogen countermeasures, the general public may be exposed to these countermeasures without permission for USDA Vector Control, Domestic Preparedness, and Weapons of Mass Destruction countermeasures.” (Dr. Hildegarde Staninger)

2008: Argonne Labs Midwest Center for Structural Genomics describes a protein structure they nickname “dragon protein” for its resemblance to a dragon’s head (molecular branding). A similar shape to this “dragon’s head” is revealed in the micrographs of fibers removed from lesions in patients with Morgellon’s symptoms (Dr. Hildegarde Staninger’s, private photomicrograph collection 2006 to present).

2008: The CDC changes its policy about Morgellons syndrome. It stops defining this syndrome as a sign of likely “delusional parasitosis,” and defines it as a condition of unknown origin, possibly associated with Lyme’s disease. CDC announces it is forming a working study group for Morgellons, not due to report to the public until end of 2010 or longer.

January 2009: (Science Daily) nanoscale Origami from DNA. Harvard University scientist reports “We can now build a diversity of nanoscale machine parts. Functional devices should be possible.”

(Actually, somebody already has built a diversity of nanoscale machine parts. Eight years earlier in ADVANCED MATERIALS, 2000, 12 No. 24. December 15, “Silica Nanotubes and Nanofiber Array,” Dr. Wang describes various silicon based nano tubes that are used in nanotechnology. These are very, very small machines, to small to be seen with the naked eye, which can self assemble into larger machines. Currently these machines are being utilized in SencilTM technology by USC and licensed to Hewlett Packard and other companies. Note the shapes of Nano – Claw, Chinese Lantern, and tongued silicon tubes. These shapes are significant for all Chicken Little students because the same or similar shapes have been observed in micro photographs of materials removed form humans with anomalous Morgellons-like conditions.

January 2009 – present: Obama Administration continues aforementioned policies of previous administrations. The consciousness that deploys aerial spraying operations against the American population does not seem to be much affected by the change in administration.

March 2009: Dave Larson, former CIA biomedical technology program contractor, alleges that implantable biomedical devices have been deployed domestically for surveillance and torture under secret program reinstated by George H.W. Bush in 1988 and running unchecked and unreported to Congress through March 2009. Also alleges that government polices on the ‘war on terror” and detention were crafted specifically to avoid criminal prosecution for illegal use of these technologies against Americans.

June 2009: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) develops a text on the Guidelines for Advanced Nano Materials Exposure and Toxicology. It states that the document and toxicological risk assessments on advanced nano materials will be completed in 2013.

June 2009: (6/11/2009) director-General Dr. Margaret Chan of the World Health Organization made the declaration of a Phase 6 “Pandemic emergency” regarding the spread of H1N1 Influenza.

June 2009: Studies by College of Environmental Science and engineering, Ocean University, Qingdao, China show that manufactured nanoparticles can be toxic via interaction with proteins and enzymes, demonstrating these nanoparticles may have neurotoxicity. These results confirm the findings of Dr. Hildegarde Staninger in USA:

Wang, Z., Shao, J., Li, Fl, Gao, D., and B. Xing. “Absorption and Inhalation of Acetylcholinesterse by Different Nanoparticles.” College of Environmental Science and engineering. Ocean University of China. Qingdao, China. Chemical Sensitivity Network. © June 19, 2009. Recent studies conducted by the College of Environmental Sciences and engineering, Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China (Z. Wang, et. al.) have shown that manufactured nanoparticles can be toxic via interactions with proteins and enzymes. Acetylcholinestease (AchE) is a key enzyme present in the blood, brain, and nervous system. Zang et al report significant results of absorption and inhibition of AChE by specific nanoparticle, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and single-walled carbon nanotubes, showing that these nanoparticles may have neurotoxicity.

July 2009: CIA Director Panetta briefs Congress about a secret CIA program never disclosed regarding surveillance and torture, running allegedly “from 2001 until the present.” Congressional investigation may or may not be forthcoming.

September 2009: Reuters reported Verichip was given two exclusive patents for biosensors that detect viruses. They will be used as implantable virus detection systems in humans, and will combine with Verichips implantable human radio frequency device to track humans. The scope of this effort is made clear by the University of California – Industry Homeland Security Network notice 9/3/2009 about biological countermeasures (available here) which says that smart dust sensors for removal of surveillance and detection of a variety of chemical and biological agents are the focus of programs at a variety of American institutions.

“WHAT EXACTLY IS SMART DUST?”

“SMARTDUST” is a generic name for systems that combine nanotechnology, biotechnology, and advanced communications systems (microelectomechanical sensors, or MEMS) for a variety of purposes. The online dictionary Wikipedia as of 2009 defines “smart dust” as “hypothetical” (it’s just an idea, we don’t have it yet).

And yet, on its website, the company DUST NETWORKS writes: Dust Networks, the leader in standards-based intelligent wireless sensor networking (WSN), provides ultra low-power, highly reliable embedded systems to the world’s leading sensor manufacturers – market visionaries who recognize that “smart dust” embedded inside their sensors is the star of a paradigm shift in their market.

September 2009: Dr. Staninger, in presentation to the National Registry of Environmental Professionals of her findings regarding advanced nano materials and their observations in humans, warn: “Mankind is at the initiation point of determining the toxicological mechanisms from exposure to advanced nano microbic materials.”

October 2009: History Channel presents a documentary entitled “Weather Weapons”. The documentary describes chemtrails and aerial spraying operations since World War II.

December 2009: Morgellons Research Foundation, main steam information clearinghouse; for Morgellons patients, lists more than fifteen thousand humans reporting Morgellons symptoms in its database. In an online radio interview (2006), Dr. Hildegarde Staninger reported an estimate of 60,000 symptom bearers in the USA, 100,000 world wide. Databases in Italy have estimated their population to have 5 per day new case, thus 1,825 new cases per year since 2006.

December 2009: MEGA CORRUPTION SCANDAL AT THE WHO.

In the past decade the WHO, in order to boost funds at its disposal entered into what it calls “public private partnerships.” Instead of receiving its funds solely from member United Nations governments as its original purpose had been, WHO today receives almost double its normal UN budget in the form of grants and financial support form private industry. The industry? The very drug and vaccine makers who benefit from decisions like the June 2009 H1N1 Pandemic emergency declaration.

December 2009: Preparation for the Winter Solstice 2009, Return of the Light:

Early efforts underway to develop countermeasures hold real promise. It may really become possible to deactivate and/or mitigate this new modern assault upon our freedom to evolve our bioelectric and genetic capacities without the presence of un-invited parasitic-like machines in our bodies. Ultra-modern and ancient natural healing methods are being applied in far scattered corners of the earth, as we the people begin to realize this is actually happening NOW in many parts of the planet. Our bodies are reacting to it, and it is beginning to look like we may all live downstream of this “stuff” already.

None of these space age technologies that are the new whiz-bang toys of aerial spray operations are essentially evil. They each have wonderful life-enhancing applications for which they could be used. It is only a matter of true intent and counter intent. We just need them to be programmed and regulated by a consciousness that values LIFE, that’s ALL.

May the Return of the Light – bring purification to even the darkest corners of human consciousness.

May we of the nations, tribes, and families find leaders who don’t want to remain silent and profess ignorance when the people are sprayed without permission; may we the people find the courage to defend our future generations, even if at a cost of one family at a time against this war upon the most beautiful creation in all the galaxies – LIFE.

The Quirinale (Italian Presidential Office) and the chemtrails

We publish an important analyzed document which shows links between Italian institutions and chemtrails operation. In this text, we can find an implicit admission of miltary clandestine aerosol activities. We thank our friend Giulia for the precise translation. Any other information can be read here and from the source.

What follows is the reply sent by a representative of the Quirinale to a concerned citizen who had written (on the 10-31-2010) an extensive letter to the Italian President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, prompting clear answers on the topics of the ongoing aerial spraying of chemicals and weather modification; the reply is an implicit admission of the poisonous spraying operations a.k.a. chemtrails.

As clear as it can get, isn't it? Such a reply is in every respect an admission of an ongoing massive military-strategic operation. Indeed, the Airforce military assistant does not deny the existence of the problem, but refers to unspecified "provisions" (yes, we are being poisoned according to the law) and significantly points to the Ministry of Defense as the proper addressee for a more satisfying reply. No attempt whatsoever is made to deny or downsize what is stated in the accurate report on chemtrails received by the citizen (who had previously sent two more letters to the same end): this is no less than an official admission.

In this reply from the republican institution, rather than a denial, we can read that "it's impossible to intervene on specific questions regulated by specific laws". So the reply from the Italian presidential office means that they can "do nothing at all to stop chemtrails spraying".

"Nel merito di quanto prospettato, pur comprendendo le motivazioni ed il coinvolgimento morale ed emotivo che hanno originato la Sua istanza, devo mio malgrado informarLa che risulta impossibile intervenire su materie regolate da specifiche disposizioni di legge, la cui applicazione spetta ai competenti ministeri e su cui la Presidenza della Repubblica non può in alcun modo intervenire".

In effect, there is a link between this statement and the signature (in the year 2003) of an international Treaty of Cooperation between Italy and U.S.A. on Science and Technology of Climate Change (that is artificial weather modification). Since 2003 the presence of chemtrails have greatly increased in the Italian skies.

It's worth to note that the reply is signed by a rapresentative of the Italian Air force, another implied admission of the important rôle played by the army (and expecially the Air force) in chemtrails spraying.

Note: The Quirinale is one of the highest Italian institutions, the Office of the President of Italian Republic.

The Age of Treason: 1958 Book Exposes Chemical Attack on Humanity

Dr. R. Swinburne Clymer was in many ways a man ahead of his time, and most certainly controversial. He was attacked by the medical establishment for connecting diet with disease and mental health in his 1917 book Dietetics. Dr. Clymer received his medical degree in 1902 from the College of Medicine and Surgery in Chicago and began practicing Osteopathy. Accusations of fraud surround Dr. Clymer's career, including this 1923 edition of the Journal of the American Medical Association which claims that, "Our records fail to show that this man was ever regularly graduated by any reputable medical college." What Clymer had to say more than likely had something to do with the denouncement that he received from the medical establishment.

Though Dr. Clymer may be surrounded with controversy, his 1958 book Your Health and Sanity in the Age of Treason exposes toxic food additives and fluoride with documentation - the majority of which are mainstream scientific studies - that can be verified many times over. What makes this book unique is the fact that Dr. Clymer was one of the first to point out that statements by the elite indicated that these toxins were to be deliberately released "...for the mental deterioration and moral debasement of the mass..."

The book is appropriately subtitled; "Food and Liquids Used as a Medium in Deliberately and Carefully Planned Methods Developed by the Vicious Element of Humanity, for the Mental Deterioration and Moral Debasement of the Mass, as a Means Toward Their Enslavement."

Dr. Clymer introduces readers with a stark warning for the future, writing, "Imagine yourself if you can, becoming conscious that you are gradually losing your manhood; that your mind is rapidly deteriorating so that you are no longer capable of thinking clearly; unable to plan your future actions. Your resistance is becoming so weakened that you are no longer master of yourself. In short, you are rapidly developing into a moron, a robot, a zombie, readily subject to the dictates of others..."

Bertrand Russell's 1953 book The Impact of Science on Society is cited by Clymer as one example of the elite's desire to dominate the masses. Russell stated that under scientific tyranny, "Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible."

Diethylstilbestrol - Endocrine Disruption

Dr. Clymer identified the synthetic estrogen Diethylstilbestrol - developed in 1938 - as a means to achieve the aims of the elite. Clymer explains that some of the toxic additives discussed in the book may not have been employed for the express purpose outlined by the elite, but "...they served their purpose admirably..." Dr. Clymer elaborates,

"The employment of Stilbestrol by the laity with absolutely no knowledge of the dangerous agent they are employing, in conditioning chickens and meats, is mass medication without license, with a dangerous toxic drug that may have universal disastrous results on all who eat such adulterated foods. This is especially true as it concerns children, youths, young women and men, resulting as it may, in their sterilization or cancer - something fervently hoped for by the enemies of mankind."

Because Stilbestrol is a synthetic chemical, "...the natural protective activity of the bodily organs are ineffective in prohibiting harmful results. Natural Estrogen, on the other hand, is decomposed, and any of its possible harmful effects may be more or less made ineffective," writes Dr. Clymer. Stilbestrol was used as a treatment for various types of cancer and menopausal symptoms, but as Dr. Clymer states, "Physicians versed in the use of Endocrines agree generally that Stilbestrol is a dangerous drug in all except experienced hands."

Dr. E. Malcolm Stokes, in an article published in the Western Journal of Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, September 1948, wrote: "Single large doses of [natural] estrogen substances are quickly excreted... long continued, repeated administration in relatively small doses [as in daily consumption of meats permeated with stilbestrol] may intensify tissue response to the hormone."

Dr. Clymer warns that such chemicals are to feminize men,

"Every vigilant human being should be concerned with several important factors involved: The methods or means by which it is possible to change man's characteristics as easily as the animal's. Man is a warrior by nature, the protector of his family, and his own rights and privileges; an individual, a free man... A being who has wrought great things and who, if not interfered with, will do even greater things. This being is to be turned into a lesser female; unable, even unwilling, to defend himself, much less his family or country; becoming a slave..."

Dr. Clymer's concerns over Stilbestrol have been vindicated over time, as the chemical has been phased out of use as a growth hormone in the late 1970's due to concerns over cancer. Additionally, in 1971 the FDA advised physicians to stop prescribing Stilbestrol to pregnant women due to high cancer risk. The drug is no longer being manufactured as of 1997.

Flashforward - Bisphenol A

Today there are continuing concerns as substantial levels of Bisphenol A (BPA) have been found in a large percentage of the western world's population. Like Diethylstilbestrol, BPA is a synthetic estrogen with similar to identical effects on the human body. BPA is perhaps a much larger threat due to the fact that unlike Stilbestrol - which was primarily consumed in meats - it is found in many household products, including the food we eat. A recent study from the Canadian Health Measures Survey found that over 90% of Canadians have detectable concentrations of BPA in their urine. Studies conducted by the CDC found Bisphenol A in the urine of 95% of adults sampled in 1988–1994 and in 93% of children and adults tested in 2003–04. Other studies have shown that Bisphenol A causes feminization of males and reduced sperm count.

As Dr. Frederick vom Saal states in this local Fox News report, levels of BPA below a trillionth of a gram have been found to alter cell function and growth. Additionally, BPA was found to feed cancer cell growth and impact the reproductive system of rats.

Fluoride

Yet another danger to human health and well being identified by Dr. Clymer is Sodium Fluoride. Fluoride, we are told, is placed in the water supply to help protect our teeth from decay. Today some are proposing that fluoride and other forms of mass medication will serve as a means of "Cognitive Enhancement." In his expose of fluoride, Dr. Clymer quotes Rene M. Vale, a former Communist and party worker in her book Red Court, published in 1952. She writes,

"In regions of the country where resistance was most apt to develop we saw to it that virus diseases struck, and when antibiotics threatened our program, we devised other means of vitiating the populace. Fluoridation of drinking water was found to be about the most successful..."

Dr. Charles E. Perkins, who Dr. R. Swinburne Clymer was in personal contact with, was, "... sent by the United States Government to help take charge of the I. G. Farben chemical plants in Germany at the end of the second world war. What follows are quotations from a letter which Mr. Perkins wrote to the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, dated October 2, 1954."

Mr. Perkins letter states,

"The German chemists worked out a very ingenious and far-reaching plan of mass control which was submitted to and adopted by the German General Staff. This plan was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water supplies. By this method they could control the population of whole areas, reduce population by water medication that would produce sterility in women and so on. In this scheme of mass control, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent place.

"We are told by the ideologists who are advocating the fluorination of water supplies in this country that their purpose is to reduce the incidence of tooth decay in children, and it is the plausibility of this excuse, plus the prominence of those who are responsible for the present spread of artificial water fluoridation in this country.

"However - and I want to make this very definite and very positive - the real reason behind fluorination is not to benefit children's teeth. If this were the real reason there are many ways in which it could be done that are much easier, cheaper and far more effective. The real purpose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to domination and control and loss of liberty...

"I was told of this entire scheme by a German chemist who was an official of the great Farben chemical industries and was also prominent in the Nazi movement at the time..."

Dr. Clymer additionally cites a 1956 letter written by the then New York Water Commissioner Arthur C. Ford (available in full here). In the letter, Ford speaks out openly against fluorides as "...extremely toxic substances..." Ford writes,

"We are aware that the fluorides are extremely toxic substances, and evidence exists to show that even at the recommended level of one part per million of fluoride in drinking water, people in fluoridated communities have been harmed.

We know of reputable, independent medical authorities throughout the United States and in the local area who have found evidence of fluoride damage to persons living in fluoridated communities. These medical authorities disagree with the fluoride hypothesis, and they have raised grave questions with respect to the safety of the procedure for an entire population which includes the young, the old, the susceptible and the infirm as well as the healthy.

Fluoride, besides being a toxic substance, is not all excreted when taken into the system, a significant percentage remaining cumulatively. Fluoridation of the drinking water at any level of concentration is a very indiscriminate procedure, since children drink widely varying amounts of water..."

Australian television recently reported on fluoride's harmful impact on human health and efforts to expand water fluoridation on the continent.

As sperm counts continue to fall world-wide and GMO crops escape into the environment, exposure to untold numbers of environmental toxins like BPA is a continuing threat. In the United States, several EPA scientists have denounced fluoridation, calling for a national moratorium on the fluoridation of water supplies. Citizens in Wichita Kansas are becoming active in raising awareness of fluoride, drawing attacks from the local media. Awareness of these issues is essential not just for those living today, but for future generations. Open admissions of the intent to chemically alter humanity should leave us with nothing but a sense of duty to warn others of the grave threat that we face.

The "tip vortex condensations" or sometimes "wingtip vortices" or "trailing vortices" must not to be confused with the contrails and indeed the reference to "aerodynamic" contrails is blatantly misleading. [1]

As you can see, unless you are liars or stupid (but we know that the hoaxers lie by contract), the phenomenon resumed in the movie of the KC-10 USAF is undoubtedly not attributable to "wingtip vortices" and this for several reasons.

In fact the contrails that hoaxers describe do not exist, since a "contrail" necessarily stems from a sudden rush between an extremely hot (the motor) and an extremely cold and humid (environment). The classic trail of condensation (contrail) must not be confused with the aerodynamic vortices. These are two different physical phenomena.

What distinguishes the so-called aerodynamic contrails (which aren't contrails) from condensation trails? As shown in the movies, they appear extremely short, dense, don't createiridescence and mainly focused on the top of the wing. This is due to the pressure difference between the bottom and top of the wing area.

The question is the following: "Why there is a pressure difference between the top and bottom of the surface of the wings?". The answer is simple: "during the landing, flaps are lowered and the strong brakes are brought to their profile, in order to permit the aircraft to rapidly decelerate and to get a better stability on the track. In these circumstances, especially in the presence of high humidity and low temperatures, aerodynamic vortices shall become visible, generating, for the reasons described above, a big flow of water droplets defined 'wingtip vortex'".

There are other cases when wingtip vortices may form. These special aerodynamic effects often occur during aerial manoeuvres and/or abrupt or rapid changes of direction. In the case of hunting, for example, a so-called "evasive maneuver" leading the aircraft to a sudden change of trim and speed, can generate aerodynamic vortices similar to what we see during landing of commercial aircrafts.

The common denominator is, precisely, the sudden variation of an aerodynamic profile. How do you get an aerodynamic profile change? With lowering flaps and with the extraction of dropping. It is also important to highlight an important detail: the physical phenomenon that creates aerodynamic vortices determines that the most affected by air flow defined "wingtip vortex" is the top of the wings and fuselage. In short, where there is a sudden variation of airfoil, cannot occur the wingtip vortex.

At this point, let's see the KC-10 tanker video whose importance the hoaxers desperately tried to deny. We see that U.S.A.F. fottage the upper wing is perfectly clean. No upper wing vortices on the edges. This is crucial and moreover could not be otherwise, beacause the KC-10 is in regular flight planning, has not lowered the flaps (could not be otherwise, beacause of the speed). The aircraft is not in turn, is not in landing configuration, is making acrobatic manoeuvres! Trails that it produces are visibly underside of the wings ( tip vortex condensations "get dirty" the top of the wings), forming a chemtrail that starts from the bottom of the wings.

Trails produced from KC-10 are also iridescent and not because of the reflection of hypothetical droplets of water, but because of double rifraction. In fact, the phenomenonr double refraction does not ever happen with the vapour, which causes the phenomenon of refraction and reflection. Very fine particles suspended in the atmosphere generates fields of interference around each particle. Light rays are divided twice. This phenomenon especially occurs with quartz, copper, aluminium etc.

The movie shows a USAF KC-10 military aircraft, during a mission of illegal aerosol.

a) It's not a fuel dumping (The KC-10 U.S.A.F. junction DC-10 doesn't have built-in fuel exhaust systems).
b) These are not aerodynamic contrails aerodynamic.
c) It's not a fake.
d) It's not a hoax.

The video produced by a naive military pilot and then published on the portal You-Tube, represents the best evidence currently available on the Web and as such must be considered, although the clumsy and instrumental attempts to deny by hoaxers. In this regard, we would like to conclude by noting that the user's channel You-Tube USAFFEKC1O appears now in effect under the control of Italian hoaxers.

This says a lot about the role of deniers, as part of the cover-up about chemtrails and co-operation of ItalianYou-Tube staff in this misinformation.

UPDATE: channel USAFFEKC10 was "reset" and "replaced" with a clone devoid of content whose last logon is traced back to a year ago, although we know that the user has inserted comments until a few hours ago. Everything looks bizarre and disturbing and at the same time, in the light of the latter "coup", it seems that the case of pilot U.S.A.F. dissident cannot yet be considered closed.

[1] Wingtip Vortices - [ LINK ] Wingtip vortices are tubes of circulating air which are left behind a wing as it generates lift. One wingtip vortex trails from the tip of each wing. The cores of vortices spin at very high speed and are regions of very low pressure. To first approximation, these low-pressure regions form with little exchange of heat with the neighboring regions i.e. adiabatically, so the local temperature in the low-pressure regions drops, too. If it drops below the local dew point, there results a condensation of water vapor present in the cores of wingtip vortices, making them visible. The temperature may even drop below the local freezing point, in which case ice crystals will form inside the cores.

Wingtip vortices are associated with induced drag, an essentially unavoidable side effect of the wing generating lift. Managing induced drag and wingtip vortices by selecting the best wing planform for the mission is critically important in aerospace engineering.

A pilot shots a chemical plane from his cockpit: the video shows an aircraft that spread chemtrails over Canada from the nozzles. The footage is the irrefutable proof of a chemical and clandestine operation that a bold pilot offers to the public in order to demonstrate that chemtrails are real. The "smoke" we can see is neither a fuel dumping nor a contrail. The chemtrails, in fact, is iridescent too. Don't listen to hoaxers who repeat that this document is false or similar lies. The false contrails in the Second world war

About the controversy, concerning the contrails already during the Second world war, we have often seen these photos. They are monochromatic and appear the result of manipulation rather than authentic photographs. If you look carefully each of these images presented by misinformation (see contrailscience.com, Paolo Attivissimo e C.I.C.A.P., just to quote someone), it's obvious that something is wrong.

Look at the picture at the top of the article. It shows some bombers which create persistent contrails. This picture should prove the existence of contrails already during the Second world war, but there is a problem. In the picture you can see some aircrafts in turn. This manoeuver is shown by the curve of big wakes, but if we make the magnification of the section that frames the shape of the bombers, the aicrafts appear in horizontal position, without being tilted to the left, as it would be logical, if aircrafts really did this manoeuver.

This is so even in this case a fake created to mislead the less wise public. This brief series of images shows, however, as the phenomenon of condensation during the Second world war is the consequence of deception. Note the quality of the shots, quite contrary to the ridicolous images that would demonstrate, in accordance with the misinformation, the presence of persistent contrails in the 40s of the XXth century.

As proof of what we assert, just think that the word "contrail" was created only in 1947.

The hoaxer Paul Bertotti (Skuro), in a vain attempt to disprove the results of this analysis, writes: "No one realized that the original photo was cropped and straightened in order not to show the inclination of the wing?"..

In Defense of our living planet and planetary life.

University of Los Andes (ULA) senior lecturer in political sciences, Jutta Schmitt writes: The Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of Mother Earth recently held in Cochabamba, Bolivia, by the World's People -- as opposed to the world's transnational corporations and their executive branches or 'Governments of, by and for the Elites' -- has concluded with The People's Agreement on Climate Change and the Rights of Mother Earth (1). This final document makes it very clear that if the so called "Copenhagen Understanding" had its way, the damages already inflicted on Mother Earth would become totally irreversible, with a 20 to 30 percent of species condemned to extinction, our forests and glaciers at risk of disappearing for good, with deserts expanding and droughts and floods affecting different regions of the planet, jeopardizing world food production and dramatically increasing the number of the hungry on the planet, which already exceeds 1 billion people.

The document goes straight to the essence of the problem our world is facing today, when pointing towards the fact, that the governments of the so called 'developed' countries, in complicity with part of the scientific community, are trying to reduce the debate and urgent action needed to avert the huge danger environmental contamination and climate change pose for life on planet Earth, to its perceivable effects -- rising temperatures -- rather than addressing the underlying root cause, the capitalist system. The People's Agreement direly warns that we are witnessing the agony of a patriarchal model of civilization based on the oppression and destruction of human beings and nature, which had been sharply accelerated by the industrial revolution and which today encompasses the entire globe. It states that this model of civilization -- capitalism -- has ruthlessly imposed on us its logics of competition and its notion of 'progress,' which equals wellbeing with unlimited economic growth, no matter the consequences. The document states that capitalism is a mode of production and consumption which has the sole purpose of seeking unlimited profits, alienating humans from nature and converting everything into a commodity: water, land, the human genome, our ancestral cultures, biodiversity, justice, ethics, people's rights, death and life itself.

The People's Agreement bluntly shows that humanity today faces the final disjunctive: Either continue the devastating path of capitalism towards depredation and death, or start paving the way to a model of society that learns to live in harmony with nature and respects and cherishes life. The knowledge, wisdom and the ancestral way of life of our indigenous peoples, anchored in the concept of Earth as a living being, that is, as the totality of all the living, moving processes of which human beings only form a part, is being considered as the only method to help Mother Earth with all her living relations -- humans included -- survive and recover. The document goes on to categorically state that an alternative society must either live in harmony and equilibrium with itself and with nature, foster the collective wellbeing based on complementarity, solidarity and equity, respect Mother Earth's rights, value humans by virtue of what they are and not by what they possess, eliminate all forms of colonialism, imperialism and interventionism and foster peace between the peoples and with Mother Earth, or otherwise perish.

Thus and according to the People's Agreement, the Universal Declaration of the Rights of Mother Earth must be adopted immediately and must comprise her right to life and to existence, her right to be respected, her right to continue her natural cycles and processes without alteration by humans, her right to maintain her identity and integrity as a totality of different, self-regulated and interrelated beings, her right to water as the spring of life, her right to clean air, her right to integral health, her right to be free from contamination, pollution, toxic and radioactive waste, her right not to be modified genetically, her right to be free from threats to a vital and healthy functioning, and finally, her right to a full and fast recovery from the violations of these rights by human activities.

In addition, the People's Agreement demands the creation of an International Court for Climate and Environmental Justice, and demands that the so-called 'developed' countries take their full responsibility as the major polluters and thus restore the environment including the atmospheric space above the so-called 'underdeveloped' countries, which has been contaminated by the pollutants of the 'developed' countries. Furthermore, the agreement demands that the 'developed countries' provide shelter to the hundreds of millions that will be displaced as a consequence of climate change provoked by THEIR greenhouse gas emissions and also provide the means to minimize and deal with the damage caused by these same emissions. This, of course, sets the stage for an inevitable confrontation between two radically antagonistic conception: The World People's Conception which places life over profit and which seeks an integral solution to climate change by identifying and tackling the root cause, and the World Elites' 'conception' or rather shortsightedness, which places profits over life and which seeks to make profit even from the demise of Mother Earth and life.

In this sense and consequentially, the People's Agreement categorically rejects the false solutions to climate change, offered by the Elites in complicity with the established scientific community and profit-hungry, transnational corporations, which range from 'bio-fuels,' nanotechnology, genetically modified organisms to geo-engineering. As for the latter, the necessity to protect our already contaminated skies and seas from being totally deprived of the little that is left of their vital functions by injecting toxic chemicals into the atmosphere and by dumping iron into the oceans, has led to the creation of the HANDS OFF MOTHER EARTH CAMPAIGN by a coalition of international civil society groups, indigenous peoples organizations and social movements, who participated at the World People’s Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of Mother Earth. The HOME campaign is aimed at raising public awareness with regard to large-scale manipulation of planetary sub-systems and provides a platform for individuals and organizations to voice their opposition to such geo-engineering experiments.

Most importantly, the massive, already ongoing 'covert' -- and at the same time openly visible experiments -- of "Solar Radiation Management" MUST BE EXPOSED AND STOPPED.

The World People's Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of Mother Earth has concluded its session on April 22 with the People's Agreement and the call for immediate coordination of international action so as to see for the dissemination of its findings and the implementation of its demands. The Conference calls for the construction of a World Movement of the People for the Defense of Mother Earth, because Mother Earth is the only HOME we have.

Messing with Disaster: International Conference on Climate Intervention Technologies

This week, from March 22nd to March 26th, the 'Asilomar International Conference on Climate Intervention Technologies', hosted by the Climate Response Fund, is taking place in Pacific Grove, California-USA, where scientists discuss possible means to counter-balance climate change and its impacts. The kind of measures proposed to mitigate climate change pertain to the realm of geo-engineering and climate intervention techniques, and are outlined in the Conference's working agenda.(1)

The agenda itself can best be described as an array of proposals for 'disaster management', aimed at 'moderating' global climate change. Listed among the various physical science aspects of climate intervention are experiments related to Solar Radiance Engineering, which respond to 'Solar Radiation Management' or the 'management of climate change in the stratosphere and above', which test 'the potential for aerosols in the troposphere or stratosphere to limit incoming solar radiation'. Under the specific approaches for Solar Radiation Management figure the stratospheric injection of sulfate or other materials with global or regional coverage, satellite deflection of solar radiation, cloud brightening on a global or regional scale by sea salt or dimethyl sulfide (DMS) injection, 'ocean brightening' as another means to deflect solar radiation, arctic intervention and specific regional intervention relating to hurricane modification and redirection of storms, among others.

Hold on. - 'Spraying the stratosphere with sulfate or other materials'?! - 'Hurricane modification and redirection of storms'?! Until recently, suggesting that this kind of experiments were being considered in earnest by high level scientist panels or that they could already be going on as we speak, was denounced as the pathetic fantasies of global conspiracy theorists gone crazy! But now and as Copenhaguen went down the drain, all of a sudden we see the emergence of a Global Climate Crisis Management Team, ready to 'geo-engineer' us out of the mess.

Let's take a closer look at the proposed 'innovative' techniques to deflect solar radiation, especially as they've already been put into operation for quite some time. Since years, former German Greenpeace activist Werner Altnickel, who obtained the German and European Solar Prize distinctions for his alternative solar energy projects implemented successfully in his hometown, Oldenburg, has referred to the already ongoing spraying of the stratosphere with sulfate or other materials as described in the Climate Response Fund's working agenda, in terms of a chemical crime committed right above our heads, clearly visible to the public in form of the so called Chemtrails and documented in thousands of videos and photos posted on thousands of websites on the World Wide Web. (2) Altnickel warns that spraying the stratosphere with chemicals and metals (polymers, fibers, cadmium, barium, aluminium, titanium, mercury, lead (3)) is not only a highly questionable technological attempt to contain and mitigate climate change effects, but also a means to manipulate the weather and to create inductive fields, of special interest for military purposes such as enhancement or interruption of communication technologies. The spraying has taken place ever since the beginning of the nineties, with intense and wide-range Chemtrail spraying over North America and most of the Western European countries. Altnickel suspects that the US's retreat from the Kyoto Treaty under George W. Bush is in the first place due to the assumption that it is 'cheaper' for governments to spray the skies and more profitable for the companies that provide the logistics, technology and substances being sprayed, than implementing and actually sticking to regulations that effectively protect the environment. The environmental contamination as a result of the massive injection of chemicals and metals into the atmosphere and the subsequent dangers to public health by exposure to hazardous elements stand in stark contrast to the proposed 'mitigation of climate change effects'. For Altnickel, the only peaceful way that can lead to popular resistance against these contaminating and highly dangerous practices is making people aware of what is happening, furthering public knowledge and understanding of these phenomena with the help of the new communications technologies.

It is worth to note that among the chief Science Advisors of the Climate Response Fund, host of the Asilomar International Conference on Climate Intervention Technologies, are Edward A. Frieman, Research Professor, Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics, University California, San Diego and Senior Vice President of Science and Technology at the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). (4) To our Venezuelan readers, Science Applications International Corporation is notoriously known and remembered as the Corporation which, by means of its subsidiary INTESA, owned and managed the technological and electronic components of Venezuelas State Oil Company, PDVSA, and which oversaw and conducted the electronic sabotage and shutdown of the industry's 'electronic brain' during the events of 2002-2003 that have come to be known as the management lockout and sabotage of Venezuela's industrial heart. According to a research undertaken by Donald L. Barlett and James B. Steele in March 2007, (5) SAIC is a private company, one of the main government contractors in the US, with a workforce of 44000 people and a true record of 9000 active individual government contracts with annual revenues between 8 and 12 billion dollars. The main product of the company is brainpower and expertise to guarantee 'national security':

„[...] SAIC is a body shop in the brain business. It sells human beings who have a particular expertise—expertise about weapons, about homeland security, about surveillance, about computer systems, about "information dominance" and "information warfare." If the C.I.A. needs an outside expert to quietly check whether its employees are using their computers for personal business, it calls on SAIC. If the Immigration and Naturalization Service needs new record-keeping software, it calls on SAIC. Indeed, SAIC is willing to provide expertise about almost anything at all, if there happens to be a government contract out there to pay for it—as there almost always is.“ (6)

Given the brief background sketched above with regard to the possible military applications of Solar Radiance Engineering, it is disturbing to think that the very Senior Vice President of Science and Technology at the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is among the chief Science Advisors of the Climate Response Fund, which is hosting the Conference on Climate Intervention Technologies this week in Pacific Grove, California. The conference's commitment to take into consideration the social context of climate intervention, the international legal framework for climate intervention (ENMOD) as well as 'ethical principles' with regard to climate intervention technologies, does little to tranquilize the mind. And this is why the closing event of the conference will be a 'plenary discussion on climate change, public attitudes, the media, and insights on implications for public discourse on climate intervention / geoengineering', read a brainstorming effort to resolve the problem of how to spin-doctor the world public into accepting and approving the application of these messing-with-the-climate-disaster techniques.

The upcoming World People's Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of Mother Earth to be held in Cochabamba, Bolivia (7) from April 19th to 22nd, will definitely have to address the danger posed by this emerging 'Climate Change Management Lobby', which rather than fight the root causes of the problem seeks to mess with the disaster in multiple ways. The three basic postulates of the World People's Conference on Climate Change, that is, to determine and fight the structural causes of climate change, to live in harmony with nature and to recognize and establish the rights of Mother Earth, are fundamental pillars in what can be considered the only viable way to effectively respond to the threats to human survival. Recognizing that climate change is "a product of a model of life and development under the capitalist system that is premised on the supremacy of human beings over nature“, that it is necessary to "challenge the current system based on consumption, waste and the marketing of all aspects of life and nature", and thus demanding that the rights of Mother Earth be recognized and defended, is imperative to planetary survival. Messing around with the climate disaster and exploiting it for the sake of making profit from new climate intervention technologies and techniques, surely will pave the road to hell. The World People's Conference on Climate Change must stand up against climate intervention technologies, geoengineering and global environmental warfare.

CLG implies Chile HAARP Quake: Great ball of fire?

In Breaking News today, Lori Price, Managing Editor of Citizens for Legitimate Government (CLG) has implied with one word in brackets that HARRP could have been involved in Chile's monumental 8.8 earthquake. CLG highlighting HAARP today concurs with a growing number of scientists and the public aware of the HAARP weapon of mass destruction and its geoengineering capacity to trigger "natural disasters" for imperialist political gain.

Price reports:

"Massive earthquake strikes Chile 27 Feb 2010 A massive earthquake with an initial magnitude of 8.8 has struck central Chile. The quake struck at 0634 GMT about 91km (56 miles) north-east of the city of Concepcion and 317km south-west of the capital, Santiago. Buildings in Santiago were reported to have shaken for between 10 and 30 seconds, with the loss of electricity and communications. The US issued an initial tsunami warning for Chile, Peru and Ecuador. That was later extended to Colombia, Antarctica, Panama and Costa Rica. [HAARP]"

HAARP has capacity to target areas and trigger "natural disasters" that the area is prone to experience so that the disaster is viewed as natural instead of attacked by a weapon of mass destruction. The U.S. is ready to offer help to Chile.

In 2005, Chossudovsky emphasized in his updated 2002 article, "Washington's New World Order Weapons Have the Abiliy to Trigger Climate Change":

The important debate on global warming under UN auspices provides but a partial picture of climate change; in addition to the devastating impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on the ozone layer, the World's climate can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated "non-lethal weapons." Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the World's climate.

In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI). Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. Potentially, it constitutes an instrument of conquest capable of selectively destabilising agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions.

Chossudovsky wrote in 2004:

"The significant expansion in America's weather warfare arsenal, which is a priority of the Department of Defense is not a matter for debate or discussion. While, environmentalists blame the Bush administration for not having signed the Kyoto protocol, the issue of "weather warfare", namely the manipulation of weather patterns for military use is never mentioned." (emphasis added)

Weather warfare was not a major topic at the recent Copenhagen Summit, despite its well attendance by environmentalists.

The Pentagon has "joined the global warming consensus" used by environmentalists' "global warming" campaign according to Chossudovsky.

"HAARP also has the ability of triggering blackouts and disrupting the electricity power system of entire regions.

"An analysis of statements emanating from the US Air Force points to the unthinkable: the covert manipulation of weather patterns, communications systems and electric power as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the US to disrupt and dominate entire regions of the World." (Chossudovsky, 2004)

The weaponization of space is critical for imperialism, a bonanza for corporations' power elite. This is being countered by the organization led by Bruce Gagnon, Global Network Against the Weapons and Nuclear Power in Space.

Great ball of fire

A bright glow is not a precursor to a natural earthquake. A bright glow was reportedly seen during the time of the Hait earthquake. Pravda.Ru reported The Russian Navy reports that the U.S. created the earthquake in Haiti, the article archived on NoLiesRadio.

A bright glow was seen during the time of China's last powerful earthquake. There is documented evidence that it was created by scalar weapons based on a wedding party video that showed plasma discharge lights in the sky before that earthquake.

A bright glow was seen and reported by hundreds of people, locals and tourists, during Vanuatu's 7.3 earthquake in 2002. The writer witnessed that bright glow there during that quake around 4 a.m.

Ni-vans, the Republic of Vanuatu's indigenous population and one of the World's oldest living cultures that inhabits a remote and pristine tropical paradise area, reported that they had never before seen a bright glow during earthquakes. They did notice with great curiosity, due to its unusual presence there in the Port Vila harbor, the huge U.S. Navy ship that had unceremoniously moved in a couple of days before the quake, leaving before the quake as quietly as it had arrived.

The question now is whether there will there be Chilean reports of a great ball of fire during the time of their quake.

In this age of global U.S. military dominance, neither remote tropical island nor even space are places of peace.

Elevated levels of aluminium (Al), strontium (Sr), barium (Ba), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn) cations - combined with deficiencies of magnesium (Mg)/calcium (Ca) - have been observed in the foodchains that traditionally support the Chamorro populations affected by high incidence clusters of Alzheimer (AD), Parkinson-like (PD), motor neurone diseases and multiple sclerosis on the island of Guam. Soils drawn from the cluster region demonstrated an excessive fivefold increase in 'magnetic susceptibility' readings in relation to soils from disease free adjoining regions. A multifactorial aetiological hypothesis is proposed that pivots upon the combined exposure to high levels of natural/industrial sources of ferrimagnetic/ferroelectric compounds incorporating Al, Fe, Mn, Sr, Ba (e.g., via yam/seafood consumption or exposure to world war 2 (WW2) munitions) and to low levels of Mg/Ca in all S. Pacific locations where these clusters of neurodegenerative disease have simultaneously erupted. Once gut/blood brain barrier permeability is impaired, the increased uptake of Al, Fe, Sr, Ba, or Mn into the Mg/Ca depleted brain leads to rogue metal substitutions at the Mg/Ca vacated binding domains on various enzyme/proteoglycan groups, causing a broad ranging disruption in Mg/Ca dependent systems - such as the glutamine synthetase which prevents the accumulation of neurotoxic glutamate. The rogue metals chelate sulphate, disrupting sulphated-proteoglycan mediated inhibition of crystal proliferation, as well as its regulation of the Fibroblast growth factor receptor complex which disturbs the molecular conformation of those receptors and their regulation of transphosphorylation between intracellular kinase domains; ultimately collapsing proteoglycan mediated cell-cell signalling pathways which maintain the growth and structural integrity of the neuronal networks. The depression of Mg/Ca dependent systems in conjunction with the progressive ferrimagnetisation of the CNS due to an overload of rogue ferroelectric/ferrimagnetic metal contaminants, enables 'seeding' of metal-protein crystalline arrays that can proliferate in the proteoglycan depleted brain. The resulting magnetic field emissions initiate a free radical mediated progressive pathogenesis of neurodegeneration. The co-clustering of these various types of disease in select geographical pockets around the world suggests that all of these conditions share a common early life exposure to ferromagnetic metal nucleating agents in their multifactorial aetiology. Factors such as individual genetics, the species of metal involved, etc., dictate which specific class of disease will emerge as a delayed neurotoxic response to these environmental insults.

Elevated urinary excretion of aluminium and iron in multiple sclerosis.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, immune-mediated, demyelinating disease of the central nervous system of as yet unknown aetiology. A consensus of opinion has suggested that the disorder is the result of an interplay between environmental factors and susceptibility genes. We have used a battery of analytical techniques to determine if the urinary excretion of i) markers of oxidative damage; ii) iron and iii) the environmental toxin aluminium and its antagonist, silicon, are altered in relapsing-remitting (RRMS) and secondary progressive MS (SPMS). Urinary concentrations of oxidative biomarkers, MDA and TBARS, were not found to be useful indicators of inflammatory disease in MS. However, urinary concentrations of another potential marker for inflammation and oxidative stress, iron, were significantly increased in SPMS (P < 0.01) and insignificantly increased in RRMS (P > 0.05). Urinary concentrations of aluminium were also significantly increased in RRMS (P < 0.001) and SPMS (P < 0.05) such that the levels of aluminium excretion in the former were similar to those observed in individuals undergoing metal chelation therapy. The excretion of silicon was lower in MS and significantly so in SPMS (P < 0.05). Increased excretion of iron in urine supported a role for iron dysmetabolism in MS. Levels of urinary aluminium excretion similar to those seen in aluminium intoxication suggested that aluminium may be a hitherto unrecognized environmental factor associated with the aetiology of MS. If aluminium is involved in MS then an increased dietary intake of its natural antagonist, silicon, might be a therapeutic option.

Main stream media promotes geo-engineering as climate solution

Now that the Copenhagen climate talks have come and gone without an agreement, (as was predicted by most, if not all, members of the 193 country conference), certain main stream media publications have hinted at 'alternative' climate cooling solutions.

One of these 'suggestions' came in the August 2009 issue of National Geographic, stating that the earth is in need of a "planetary sunshade" consisting of reflective particles such as sulfate, delivered by "planes, balloons, (or) battleship guns pointed upward".

Another 'suggestion' came from the Dec 7, 2009 edition of Newsweek titled, "Copenhagen, Schmopenhagen", and originated from the same source, Ken Caldeira of the Carnegie Institution and the Copenhagen Consensus Center. The delivery system would work as follows: "Military planes (or helium balloons) spray the stratophere with sulfur gases, which disperse and oxidize. The particles scatter back into space some of the sunlight that would have been absorbed by the planet's surface. As more sunlight is deflected, the planet cools. It's like an artificial version of an erupting volcano."

These 'suggestions' seem like viable alternatives to carbon reduction to the average reader, but there are many who have been watching the skies over most of the industrialized world during the past decade or so, who would like some explanation as to what has already been being sprayed into the earth's atmosphere.

The phenomenon known as "chemtrails" has been broadcast on video sharing sites such as youtube and dailymotion for some time now, but until now, most mainstreamers dismiss this topic as an exageration, or just another conspiracy theory. The powers that be have been using geoengineering methods without proper testing, without taking proper safety precautions, without permission, and most importantly, without any explanation.

The fact that these "suggestions" occurred before the Copenhagen summit even took place is the issue in question. It is a known fact that the Council on Foreign Relations is a supporter of geo-engineering. In Newsweek's article they go on to state that, "one kilogram of sulfur could offset the effect of several hundred thousand kilograms of carbon dioxide (and that) potential downsides (include) regional ozone depletion, shifts in weather patterns, (and) drought."

ABSTRACT:

Cholinesterase inhibition has been associated with exposure to oranophosphate and carbamate pesticides, since their creation during World War I and II. Traditionally, they cause severe neurological disorders that can paralyze not only insects but humans. Individuals are usually exposed by misuse of pesticide applications or through aerial spraying. The cholinesterase inhibition effects for chronic exposure or multiple acute exposures are expressed in acetyl cholinesterase, enzyme (AChE) activities inhibition. The integration of nano particulates in various nano composite materials, such as aerial hydrogels and other similar materials used in aerial vector sprays, weather modification and sensor grids, resulted in the individual having as high as 96.2 % cholinesterase inhibition and detectable readings of nano composite materials present. Confirming Ocean University, China’s findings in the June 2009 issue of Chemical Sensitivities, that nano particles are 100 times more toxic than a single molecule of a pesticide, such as Malathion, propoxopur or benomyl.

Background:

During the summer of 2007 in Phoenix, Arizona, a female age 51 was exposed to aerial spraying for weather modification and vector control (mosquito) as performed through G-1 requirements and Project Earth Scope1. She was at home and had her windows open and went outside of her home to see what was happening. She immediately felt a burning and tingling sensation and became ill. After numerous analytical testing and physician evaluations, it was determined she was exposed at a minimum to nano composite material and Sencil™1 technology due to specimens of the materials taken from her body appeared to be hair follicles, but were not upon laboratory analysis. The sample melted at 650o C, while human hair melts at just above 135oC and synthetic hair melts at approximately 2250 C.

Discussion:

Primary concern was individual’s symptoms, which coincided with chronic acetyl cholinesterase (AChE) enzyme inhibition in the circulating red blood cells that are depository regulators for the various soft tissue organs within the body.2 Once the levels of the red blood cell values become very high they trigger the release of plasma cholinesterase to replenish any future inhibition roller coastering effects. The roller coastering affects can be very sudden or gradual; all depending upon the amount of recovery of the enzyme into the organ systems and the trigger points of specific sensor modulating factors within the cell membranes and nuclear membrane.

A comprehensive toxicological analysis of the results using the standard mathematical calculations to determine the percent (%) inhibition of acetylcholinesterase was determined from initial testing in 2008 to present 2009 values. The values were calculated and based upon the most current cholinesterase value for red blood cells and plasma to show a linear time relationship and medically observations by her treating physician/naturopath and toxicologist from the chronic effects of cholinesterase inhibition and its toxicological neurological mechanisms of action.

On August 15, 2009 her individual value for cholinesterase, plasma 2019 and RBC 5774 IUs. A comparative table is stated below, based on each date’s value and compared to August 15, 2008 (note exactly one year from initial testing).

Another individual exposed to nano composite and nanoparticulate via water; female age 50 had 76.2 % RBC AChe inhibition. The US Federal Government’s standard for chronic cholinesterase inhibition was set by the US EPA Agency in EPA Recognition and Management of Pesticide Poisonings, 4th Edition, US Governmental Printing Office, Washington, D.C. March 1989 EPA-0540/9-88-001 that a 10 % or more inhibition factor is a result of chronic pesticide poisoning. A number of advanced nano microbic materials are made from composite material that contains mixtures of dragon protein, carbamates, and microbivores each containing specific chemicals that are known to cause cholinesterase inhibition.

The difference between a regular chemical and/or pesticide exposure and nano advanced materials is that the nano materials are able to penetrate the cell membrane and attach to the cellular membrane as G protein/C-reactive protein with chemical interactions on the nuclear membrane, which would result in measurable value of antinuclear antibody immunoglobulins.2 Because of this primary factor of entering the cytoplasma, organelles and nuclear membrane nano materials are cytotoxic and cause cellular dysfunction, injury and initiate toxicological mechanisms of disease patterns. This is further complicated with previous exposure to childhood viruses (measles and chicken pox) and current aerial testing emissions for DARPA under DARPA’s Unconventional Pathogen Countermeasure Program and Project Earth Scope.3, 4

The individual had specific tests performed on ionic bath samples and “pseudo hair” samples, which revealed exposure to – nano composite material- that came out of her body. This material was sent to Applied Consumer Services, Inc. for advance materials analysis and Morris Consulting, Inc. both laboratories are governed by GPL standards within the laboratory.

Recent studies conducted by the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China (Z. Wang, et.al.)5,6 have shown that manufactured nanoparticles can be toxic via interactions with proteins (precursor’s amino acids) and enzymes. Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) is a key enzyme present in the brain, blood and nervous system. Therefore, absorption and inhibition of AChE by specific nanoparticles, SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3, Al, Cu, and Cu-C (carbon coated copper), multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) and single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) had the following results:

• Carbon nanotubes had high affinity for AChE absorption. SWCNT (94%),
Nano SiO2 and Al2O3 showed the lowest absorption.

• Cu(2+) release in Cu and Cu-C nanoparticle suspensions caused 40% and 45% of AChE activity reduction, respectively AChE inhibition by bulk Cu and
activated carbon particles were also measured for comparison, showing that the inhibition by bulk particles was lower than their counterpart nanoparticles.

• Bulk Cu particles, AChE inhibition was primarily caused by dissolved ions, but mainly absorption for activated charcoal.

• AChE inhibition by Cu, Cu-C, MWCNT and SWCNT had dose-response relationships, and their median inhibitory concentrations (IC 50) were 7, 17, 156 and 96 mg/L-1, respectively, showing that these nanoparticales may have neurotoxicity and AChE may have potential to be used as a biomarker for nanoparticle exposure.

The primary toxicological mechanisms of action of the nanoparticles used in nanocomposite materials are mainly due to cholinesterase inhibition. Three main biochemical reactions are responsible for these toxicological effects.

1. Inhibition of cholinesterase activity.

2. Inhibition of neuropathy target esterase (NTE) and development of delayed neuropathy.

3. Release of alkyl groups attached to the phosphorous atom and alkylation’s of macromolecules including RNA and DNA.

On August 2008 Antinuclear Antibody Tests were performed on individual and her result was 25 AU/ml. The ANA test confirms antibodies forming on the cell nuclear membrane. Reviewing the table illustrating the various % cholinesterase inhibitions from initial base line values for the individual, it was determined she had been suffering from severe chronic AChE toxicity as compared to her original baseline functional values for both plasma and RBC parameters. It must be noted, when both values of Plasma and RBC % inhibition are high the individual experiences highly aggressive behavior and when extremely low depression and suicide. The individual has had as high as 59 % cholinesterase inhibition for plasma and 96.4 % for RBC, with a 55.92% annual plasma inhibition value and 61.74 % RBC. Her value from just 3 weeks from July 21, 2009 to August 11, 2009 was 86.2 % cholinesterase inhibition.

During this time period the individual experienced several unique bowel movements that would be diagnosed as fecal incontinence. Thus, confirming as nanoparticles from nano composite materials are broken down and released through FIR Radiant Heat Therapy and appropriate custom nutritional supplementations, AChE values will become a high inhibitory factor. The ANA value, which should be repeated would confirm the alkylation’s of macromolecules of DNA, since ANA is specifically measuring antibodies on the nuclear membrane and the same individual’s had previous genetic testing under toxicogenomics, which showed less Basque values that control groups, which are known to have thicker cellular membranes, thus more superoxide dismutase enzyme would be needed to neutralize neurotoxins. Many of the new nanotubes and nano composite materials would need SOD to neutralize Cu, Cu-C nano contamination via Zn/Cu SOD-1 reactions.

It is important to note that in the formulation of Dragon protein adiptic acid a precursor to aspartame with isoleucine, leucine, lysine and arginine will react with phenylanaline esters.6, 7 Dragon protein has been used as a universal protein to blend DNA plasmids into hydrogels and nanocomposite materials. The individual had measurable amounts of phenylanaline amino acid present in her previous urine tests. The chemical name for aspartame is N-L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalaine-1-methyl ester. Aspartame and its isomers are 160 times sweeter than table sugar.

It is a dipeptide that is prepared from N-benzoyldiester. When this compound is allowed to react with a phenylanaline ester as a food additive or component in many nano synthetic proteins, a displacement of a more reactive compound occurs which is p-nitrophenyl ester? P-nitrophenyl ester is a known excitatory neurotransmitter just as the L-form of aspartic acid is a primary ingredient in the manufacture of aspartame.

Neurotransmitters known to propagate nerve impulses in the receiving neuron are called excitatory neurotransmitters.8 These compounds are synthesized in the nerve’s cell body (the soma) and migrate down the axon to the pre-synaptic terminals. Here they are stored in little packets called vesicles, which fuse with the synaptic membrane like a chain of firecrackers linked to a single fuse. When a depolarizing current (the action potential) is received, these vesicles release their contents into the synaptic cleft.

Phenylalanine is a precursor to the catecholamine neurotransmitters in the brain. Elevated levels in the brain have been associated with seizures and risk of hemorrhagic stroke (when it forms phenyl propanolamine and mixed with aspartame). Aspartic acid can lower seizure thresholds making a seizure more likely in the future. This additive effect of aspartic acid and phenylalanine would significantly increase the likelihood of a seizure, especially under hypoglycemic conditions.

Many different substances effect the transmission of nerve impulse across the synapse and many are falsely called neurotransmitters. Some examples of true excitatory neurotransmitters that relate to an individual exposure are:

• Acetylcholine – peripheral and sensory nerves parasympathetic (maintenance, Diffuse Modulatory excitory forebrain, general excitability, sleep/wake cycle, learning and memory. Disease: Alzheimer’s and multiple sclerosis. MS is increased if an HLA gene mutation exists and Vitamin D deficiency.

• Norepinephrine – sympathetic (stress), Diffuse Modulatory pons, excitory, arousal of brain during interesting external events, increased responsiveness, alarm, attention, readiness, pain, reward, mood, brain metabolism, sleep/wake cycle, and memory. Disease: ADD, ADHA and depression.

• Dopamine – Diffuse Modulatory substantial Nigra, voluntary movement VTA,
Assign value to adaptive behaviors, and attention reward system. Disease:
Schizophrenia, Wain’s cats, novelty seeking, Parkinson’s, and reflective-orderly disorder.

• Serotonin – Diffuse Modulatory inhibition Raphe Nuclei, modulate pain-relief, mood, emotional behavior, satiety, self-esteem, balance, things are OK, sleep/wake, sleep stages, arousal. Disease: bipolar and synesthesia.

• Peptides – opioid; 4-joy, analgesia, and breathing. Disease: Autism.

• Glutamate – 70% of brain neurons, learning, and memory. Disease: epilepsy and nerve cell death.7

Carboxyhemoglobin values and ammonia levels were present. These materials are the degradation products of silicon nanotube/composites and the coatings applied to them as found in Acrylin™ and silicon nanotubes.

It is very important to note that excessive quantities of AChE as shown in the individual’s baseline comparative values accumulate at peripheral ganglionic and central nerve endings (synapses in effector organs, elevated concentrations occur in plasma and intestinal fluid. The intoxication effects connected with the excitement of M- and N-choline receptors (present on nerve terminals of effector organs) are as follows:

• Muscarine effect due to postganglionic cholinergic nerve impulses exciting the M-choline receptors of the lungs, gastrointestinal system, heart, kidneys, sweat glands, pupils and muscles.

• Nicotinic effect on the receptors of ganglionic synapses and motoric plates, the medular part of glandular subrenalis, and carotic nodules.

• Central effect of AChE due to nerve cells or AChE accumulation directly impacting the choline receptors, with parallel inhibition of other enzymes by nano particles or specific cholinesterase inhibitors (pesticides and polymers)
Such as lipase, cholesterol esterase, proteinase, monoaminooxidase, and other nonspecific esterase.

The duration of symptoms depends partly on the rate of AChE reactivation. Spontaneous reactivation depends on the chemical structure attached to the enzyme. The reactivation of the inhibited enzyme can be facilitated considerably by special compounds (oxymes). Several of these compounds have become important antidotes in the treatment of pesticide poisonings.

The inhibition enzyme may also be transformed into a state where no spontaneous reactivation occurs and where oximes are no longer capable of reactivating it. The phenomenon is called “aging” and is characterized by removal of one of the alkyl groups form the phosphoryl groups attached to the enzymes. The rapidity of inhibited AChE aging depends on the chemical nature of the phosphorylating materials. It must be noted that in the materials previously found by other patients exposed to advance nanomicrobic materials/nano particles phosphorus was present in other exposed individuals.

Over the last year the individual has experienced the following classical AChE symptoms with the appropriate site of action (target organ system):

burst of elevated voltage in EEG (especially on hyperventilation),
drowsiness, concentration difficulty, slow recall, confusion, slurred
speech, ataxia, generalized weakness, coma with absence of reflexes,
Cheyne-Strokes respiration, convulsions, respiratory and circulatory
centers depression, dispnea, fall in blood pressure.

Circulatory System Brandycardia, decreased cardiac output, cardiac arrest,
vasomotor center paralysis.

The clinical symptoms of the different grades of AChE values are based upon reduction of AChE not inhibition.

Mild (60%) reduction of AChE) results in weakness, headache, dizziness, diminished vision, salivation, lacrimation, nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, stomach-ache, restlessness, myosis, moderate bronchial spasm, convalescence in several days for pesticides and for nano particles unknown.

Moderate (60 to 90% reduction of AChE) Abruptly expressed general weakness, headache, visual disturbance, excess salivation, sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, brandycardia, hypertonia, stomach-ache, twitching of facial muscles, tremor of hand, head, and other body parts, increased excitement, disturbed gait, and feeling of fear, myosis nystagmus, chest pain, difficult respiration, cyanosis of the mucous membrane, chest crepitation; convalescence in 1 to 2 weeks for pesticides and for nano particles unknown.

Severe (90 to 100% reduction of AChE) Abrupt tremor, generalized convulsions, psyhic disturbances, intensive cyanosis of the mucous membrane, edema of the lung, coma, death from respiratory cardiac failure for pesticides and for nanoparticles.8

If CD 57 +/CD3+/CD+8 values were performed and they were “high”, indicating specific immunochemical reactions as demonstrated by the inhibition and reduction of AChE on the nervous system as a result of exposure to nanoparticles, which have been found to be more toxic to the cell than a regular molecule. It is important to note anti-myelin antibody tests were not performed, and if “positive” anitibody was present, it would confirm the binding of the particles to the nerve as a primary factor vs. embedding into the nerve as reported in viral particles embedding into the myelin sheath.

Also, one must take into account the coating of the nano particles which use antimicrobic agents, such as Aegis Microbic Shield, which is made up of silane and decomposes to silicone, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and silica upon exposure to oxygen. Silica is removed by exposure to Dr. Willard’s Water (CAW). The majority of all nano particles and other nano composite materials are coated with an antimicrobial agent, especially if used internally as in the new Nano Medicine and Gene Therapy.9, 10, 11, 12

Conclusion:

The female individual was exposed to advanced nano microbic materials that resulted in the production of fibers, nano composites, and nano particles in her body that reacted to her organ systems as previous stated in this paper.

In conclusion, the individual has suffered from severe chronic AChE inhibition, reduction and poisoning from nano particulates. These materials can interfere with her metabolic processes and primarily her gastrointestinal track, heart, lungs, and kidneys.

Previous clinical histories confirm the exposure to childhood viral vectors including the inoculation of polio vaccine as a child. Viral vectors and adenoviral protein envelops are precursors to the interaction of Vitamin D for the later factor, with SEVERE AChE Inhibition from exposure to nanoparticles, which are more toxic than regular chemical/pesticides within the cell and its organelles defense systems.

Aerial emission levels of strontium are monitored by the US Forestry Office. Strontium will interact with the metabolites of vitamin D and cause toxicological mechanisms that will result in vitamin D deficiencies. Nano tubes have been made of silicon-carbon and strontium. Strontium is the element of choice due to its use as a sensor material for sending and receiving for nano antenna advanced materials design. Further studies will be necessary for the determination of NO Effect Level from exposure to nano particulates and composites. Mankind is at the initiation point of determining the toxicological mechanisms from exposure to advanced nano microbic materials. We need to know the exact level, that they do not pose a threat to the health and safety of a human being as well as to the environment and its inhabitants. Especially, since a major risk from exposure is through aerial emissions over land and sea.

It is unclear whether this is dawn or dusk; but this sky is loaded with sky trails. Many feel these cloud streaks are purposely laid and contain chemicals meant to filter down and compromise our immune systems.

WINDHAM — Just as the H1N1 vaccine is becoming available, many people, including some medical practitioners, are questioning its safety based in part on the speed with which the new vaccine has been brought to market. A local man is lending his voice to the protest based on the ingredients involved, adding another element he and others feel might be connected with those straight line clouds you often see high in the sky.

Tom Skarimbas of Hensonville, a former English, French and Spanish teacher who now works as a salesman in the communications industry, has been studying ‘chemtrails’ for about two years now. Chemtrails are said to be a variation of the contrails one normally observes emanating from the exhaust of jetliners at high altitudes.

Skarimbas’ personal study of atmospheric science has led him to believe, along with growing number of others, that chemicals are being spread aerially, possibly in a effort to depopulate the planet. (Chemtrails differ from the aerial spraying of pesticides over agricultural areas or fire retardant drops over wildfires, both of which occur at much lower altitudes.)

Skarimbas explained that he doesn’t think the government was behind this program, rather they are more likely unwitting dupes infiltrated by an outside shadow organization. The terms “Illuminati” and “New World Order” came into play. Both terms refer to secret societies bent on shaping civilization to their beliefs. Information on both is widely available online.

Skarimbas confirmed that for some people, it all might sound outlandish and absurd, but observed that truth is often stranger than fiction.

One only has to trace history back about 60-70 years to find a very real example of a relatively small group of power brokers who attempted to take over the world with a ‘master race’ and effect a ‘final solution’ to cleanse their society of ethnic minorities, other unwanted groups and generally anyone who opposed their ideology. They succeeded in killing more than 6 million people and plunged the planet into a long and bloody world war before finally being defeated at tremendous cost in lives, resources and materiel.

The Thousand Year Reich of the Nationalist-Socialist party in Germany, the Nazis, came very close to succeeding. There are still veterans living today who fought against the Nazis and can testify to the horrors found in the death camps where Jews, Gypsies and other populations thought inferior by the leaders of the Third Reich were slaughtered.

Back to chemtrails. Google the term and you will find a host of sites devoted to this phenomenon. Numerous images will become available as well.

Chemtrails appear similar to the contrails commonly seen venting from passenger jets. The difference, say believers, is that chemtrails spread wider and hang in the sky longer than contrails. According to varying sources, chemtrails began appearing in the mid to late 1990s.

There are also a number of sites and bloggers that debunk the chemtrail phenomena. The switch from turbojet to turbofan engines over the last 20 years is cited as one reason for the difference in contrail appearances. The increased number of high altitude jets is also cited.

Debunkers also conclude that unless they wear masks all the time, those behind the spraying would be breathing the same air as the general population, putting themselves at risk. Government sources claim there is no chemtrail phenomena.

Generally, the debunkers appear to be in the minority.

Skarimbas, who works most of his day outdoors, has been watching chemtrails being spread right before his eyes.

“I see these things constantly,” he said. “I have seen the planes turn the chemtrails on and off.

Skarimbas has also watched contrails being spread and says he can see the difference.

“Contrails dissipate very quickly,” he said.

Among chemtrail websites you will find various theories on how chemtrails are spread as well as their purpose.

One theory claims they are being spread to combat global warming by filtering sunlight. Skarimbas found the notion laughable.

“Why do they spray at night?” he offered. Also, they are so wispy they could hardly block much light.

“The idea that (they) could diminish global warming is ludicrous.”

Online, Dr. Stan Montieth of California is a student of geopolitics and the host of the Radio Liberty website and radio programs. He believes that Western civilization is in for a rude surprise. Montieth is the author of numerous books, including “Brotherhood of Darkness,” which claims secret societies are attempting to influence the course of civilization.

Montieth, as do many others, finds ulterior motives in everyday programs that they feel subvert the advancement of civilization. Montieth offers the notion that “reality is often scoffed at while illusion is often king.”

Chemtrails, Skarimbas said, are chemicals laced through the atmosphere with the intention of compromising our immune systems, with the masterstroke to be delivered on an individual basis, possibly through a vaccine.

“This is not my idea,” Skarimbas emphasized. “This a pre-existing theory … that the swine flu vaccine will carry squalene and could be quite deadly.”

According to online medical sources, squalene is a common ingredient in vaccines and other drugs as an adjuvent, which modify the affects of other components within the drug or vaccine. A common source of squalene is shark liver oil.

Opponents to its use claim that squalene can cause an immune system response similar to that experienced after the first Gulf war, when soldiers became sickened after receiving anthrax vaccines to help combat expected chemical attacks from the Iraqis.

Gulf War Syndrome, the healthcare website Mercola.com (“Squalene, swine flu vaccine’s dirty little secret exposed”) says is the result of the use of squalene in the vaccine.

These claims are repeated at websites such as ‘Prison Planet’ and Info Wars.

“The whole idea is that the immune system has been weakened for years,” by fallout from the chemtrails, Skarimbas said. Now the squalene can supposedly do its damage easily.”

Scientists create ‘artificial ionosphere’ using radio waves

London, October 4 (ANI): An experiment that fires powerful radio waves into the sky has created a patch of ‘artificial ionosphere’, mimicking the uppermost portion of Earth’s atmosphere. According to a report in Nature News, the experiment is called the ‘High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program’ (HAARP), near Gakona, Alaska. It has spent nearly two decades using radio waves to probe Earth’s magnetic field and ionosphere. One of the most obvious results of the experiments is that they can create lights in the sky that are similar to auroras, the glowing curtains of light that naturally appear in the polar skies when electrons and other charged particles pour down from Earth’s protective magnetosphere into the upper atmosphere.

There, at an altitude of about 250 kilometres, the charged particles collide with molecules of oxygen and nitrogen and make them emit light, similar to the process inside a fluorescent light bulb.HAARP’s high-frequency radio waves can accelerate electrons in the atmosphere, increasing the energy of their collisions and creating a glow. The technique has previously triggered speckles of light while running at a power of almost 1 megawatt1. But since the facility ramped up to 3.6 megawatts - roughly three times more than a typical broadcast radio transmitter - it has created full-scale artificial auroras that are visible to the naked eye. But in February last year, HAARP managed to induce a strange bullseye pattern in the night sky.

Instead of the expected fuzzy, doughnut-shaped blob, surprising irregular luminescent bands radiated out from the centre of the bullseye, according to Todd Pedersen, a research physicist at the US Air Force Research Laboratory in Massachusetts, who leads the team that ran the experiment at HAARP. The team modelled how the energy sent skywards from the HAARP antenna array would trigger these odd shapes.

They determined that the areas of the bullseye with strange light patterns were in regions of denser, partially ionized gas in the atmosphere, as measured by ground-based high-frequency radar used to track the ionosphere. The scientists believe that these dense patches of plasma could be gas that was ionized by the HAARP emissions. “This is the really exciting part - we’ve made a little artificial piece of ionosphere,” Pedersen said.”The novelty is not seeing the aurora - it’s the fact that we can actually create enough high-energy electrons to form plasma,” said Mike Kosch, chair of Experimental Space Science at Lancaster University, UK. “It shows something completely different and new that we hadn’t expected. We didn’t know we could do that from a radio array on the ground,” he added.

Weather modification, chemtrails and geo-engineering: what is happening in the sky?

It happens all over the world without any public approval. In Germany, Italy, the UK, China, America, all over, airplanes are leaving ominous trails across the sky. These aerosol trails contain particles that linger for hours, getting dispersed by the wind and eventually falling to earth.

Starting in WWII as a way to manipulate radar systems, the military would spread particle clouds in the sky containing aluminum, metallized glass fibers, or plastic. The particles would give a false echo on radar systems and proved to be perfect cover to airplanes over a battlefield. This program called CHAFF is still being used in American skies without any real explanation as to why.

Now this type of intervention in our stratosphere has been applied to geo-engineering in the form of weather modification. The most publicized event was the 2008 Olympics where the Chinese used chemicals to control rainfall in Beijing. This is happening all over the world without any regard to the leaching of chemicals into the environment.

In Germany a meteorologist has sued the military for chemtrails that he has repeatedly recorded on radar. The trails were so big he said that there must have been tons of particles dropped to create cloud so huge that seamed to appear instantly on radars. All of those particles fall to the ground and get absorbed into the environment.

In the US an Arkansas man recorded planes leaving trails in the sky and collected a sample of particles that floated down afterward. When he gave the sample to a news agency they had it tested and the results showed unusually high levels of Barium.

Mark Ryan a director of the center for disease control says that short term exposure to Barium can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and long term exposure causes blood pressure problems and functions to weaken the immune system.

The Council on Foreign Relation (CFR) wrote in a briefing titled Unilateral Geo-engineering that despite great uncertainty and significant risks such as acidification of the ocean, the destruction of coral reefs, and changes in composition of terrestrial ecosystems geo-engineering might be needed to avert or reverse some dramatic change in the climate system.

The bottom line is that geo-engineering may not work as expected, impose large unintended consequences on climate systems as well as terrestrial ecosystems, and the public is not given a choice on the issue.

These individuals - very active on the Internet with many defametory, fake-blogs proudly call themselves skeptical debunkers and say that they do what they do just for having fun with the chemtrails-hoax and for mocking the conspiracy theorists.

In reality these are people that can, as a matter of fact (and as the video shows well), get very personal and unpublished data concerning the indepentent researchers and the activists (such as homes addresses, telephone-numbers, phone and e-mail-conversations [tappings], bank accounts checks etc) - let's remember...information about people that they are supposed to know only from the internet. All these things are systematically used to control, frighten and threat the unlucky victim and for making him/her desist from worrying about the problem. I think you will agree that no normal person could do that. Well, yes... its really happening, almost daily.

They are disinformation-agents, members of a well-organized net managed by others entities (with mainly military and Intelligence contacts). So, this is a job which they are generously paid for: indeed they even stay awake at night for following chemtrails-blogs (especially tankerenemy.com [VisitorAnalisys confirms]) and for trying cracker-sabotages (from all over the world, also from many universities).

They even connect from national agencies and police forces for checking every single word of the articles and of the related comments. All of this because chemtrails are an internet hoax invented by madmen? No. They are simply carrying out orders regardless of the human beings that receive these violences.

In the video you have witnessed one of the many examples of privacys violation and personal, subtle threat (notice the final threatening, mafious kiss, typical of a maniacal personality with that sort of We know where you live attitude).

These bullies often act so openly, because they know that the corrupt justice system and all the institutions don't...or, better...CAN'T touch them, because the issue is under National (and N.A.TO.s) Secrecy. So, they are covered by very powerful people. Again... no normal person could obtain and use the personal data of another one (let's remember...it is a crime in the real world!) and, then, get away with it. Teller also recommended the use of Commercial Aircraft as-well-as-Military Aircraft to carry out the enormous and epic task of coverage to the Earth's Stratosphere. H.A.A.R.P.s punches massive holes in the open-air column Ozone, electronically. This is the basis for the Ozone Remediation/Mitigation Strategies found associated with HAARPs. However, "patching" the holes in the Ozone layer has become a standard practice for US Air Force and FAC flight operations. The US Air Force has recently, 2001-2002, resorted to the utilization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's) technology. High-flying Stratospheric Robotic Platforms negate the manned operation factors.
Robots don't complain and never talk and remain, forever, non-union. Welsbach Seeding and Ozone Hole Remediation sciences utilize chemistries that are toxic to Humans and the Environment.

Welsbach Refractory Agents use Aluminum, Thorium, Zirconium and other emissitivity-refractive metals and metals oxides. Thorium is elementally, 98% purity. The remaining 2% are identified radioactive materials. Ground-fall includes Thorium. Mid and Eastern Canada are suffering from what has been clinically identified as Thorium poisoning. There are no other base-line resources for Thorium, all from residuals of aerosolized heavy metal particulate spraying into the Stratosphere.

Alaska Flight 261

One other observation has been made regarding Welsbach refractory agents - the extreme abrasion characteristics of some of the other patented components, namely, Aluminum Oxide and Silicon Carbide. These materials are extremely high MOH's Hardness and only second in abrasativity to Diamond. These 1 micron and sub-micron dusts, upon falling through the Atmosphere, could conceivably find deposition onto a somewhat, adhesive surface, inside the working flight components of all aircraft traveling through the "grit-plume". The greases used on the Horizontal
and Vertical Stabilizers, Ailerons, Flaps and Landing Gear trucks may be seriously damaged with abrasion of metals on the aircraft. A horizontal-stabilizer Jack-Screw continuously coated with these highly abrasive dusts from the Welsbach Refractory materials will cause a gradual milling of the jack-screw metals and cause complete failure, jamming the flight controls into an uncontrollable down or up attitude configuration. We believe that Alaska Airlines Flight 261 was a victim of this unforeseen circumstance. Alaska Flight 261 made daily passage through heavy grit plumes from ChemTrails operations associated with Welsbach Refractory Seeding operations, principally along the West Coast of the US, down throughout Dallas, Texas.

Other aircraft, Commercial and Military, Civilian have also suffered these flight-component failures and attributed them to sub-standard Aviation Machinist's quality. As did the NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) in the Alaska Flight 261 aviation fatalities. These conclusions could not have been farther from the Truth in these matters. Collateral damage or just another consequence of ChemTrails?

Ozone-Hole Remediation - The composition most notably utilized in Ozone-hole patching is elemental Selenium and an Aromatic Hydrocarbon such as Toluene (Benzene component of Gasoline) and mixed isomers of Xylene. Sprayed from Stratospheric flying Aircraft, films of this toxic mixture fall into the area just above the Troupopause, the Ozone Layer. Ozone or triatomic Oxygen forms rapidly upon the irradiation of the Selenium and the Hydrocarbon with Ultra-Violet/Actinic sunlight. This is the identical photon/chemical reaction that causes Ozone Alert Days and is problematic. The solid-state reactionof Selenium and Ultra-violet radiation is the same as the reaction that occurs during Xerography. Copy machines generate minute amounts of Ozone when the Selenium Toners are irradiated with UV light sources.

The U.S./N.A.S.A. T.O.M.S (Total Ozone Mapping) Satellites have verified these Ozone Patching operations that occur principally over the northern sectors of the North American Continent. Ground-fall Impacts of Selenium/Aromatic Hydrocarbons - The aromatic Hydrocarbon, when ground fall occurs, (there is substantial evidence that this has repeatedly occurred in the United States and Canada) is causative of Benzene over-exposure. Carcinogenicity of Benzene is known, not suspect. Surface water pollution with Benzene is a continuous threat.

Selenium poisoning is characteristic of most heavy metals including Lead (Pb).

Weather Modification - An integral part of the US Department of Energy's (US DOE) Global-Warming/UV Mitigation/Climate Change, Strategies. Led by the US Air Force, as a distinct Geo-Weapons method, Weather Modification is occurring on a Global basis. (AIR FORCE 2025 FINAL REPORT) This Executive Summary will be confined to ChemTrails deployment in the United States and Canada due to the expansive nature of a global theatre.

Professional independent investigators have retrieved numerous samples of soils and waters; these were analyzed and documented. Extensive testing has demonstrated the highly suspicious toxic levels of Barium and Methyl Aluminum in many areas of the United States and Canada that have no extraneous sources of these heavy-metals. The sample retrieval areas have been documented for extreme ChemTrails observation. Accompanied by verbal and written complaints to many Public Health Care Agencies, causes for the elevated levels of Barium and Aluminum found in the bloodstream were not forthcoming; just another clinical conundrum. Moreover, biological materials and genetically mutated fungi used as biocontrols may even be more damaging and egregious to Humans or the Environment than chemical-based aerosolized chemical materials sprayed into the atmosphere. The chemtrails phenomenon is silently and slowly killing unknown numbers of people worldwide, according to credible researchers. Rarely a day goes by when the skies aren’t lined with white lines coming from the rearend of large jets flying approximately at 32,000 feet. After the aerosol fumes are sprayed they linger in the sky, causing dark, unnatural clouds.

Most people pass this off as jetliner exhaust, never making the connection between the early morning white lines and the late afternoon dark clouds.

Here is an article by Dr. Ilya Sandra Perlingieri, entitled “The Latest Assault On US”, sent to the Arctic Beacon highlighting the chemtrail problem:

These past two days there has been a dramatic Chemtrail assault around much of New England [and reportedly on the West Coast too].

Friday morning, April 17 at 6 a.m., the sky was a vibrant deep rose-red, dotted with synthetic blackish clouds. By mid-morning, the cloud cover had changed to artificial, Chemtrail-laden clouds that resembled Morgellons with tendrils. Later in the morning, many counties saw sometimes more than eight planes in the sky, going about their nefarious work making miles and miles of toxic parallel lines.

How could anyone look up at the sky and think this was normal?

With this latest toxic offensive, the air now smells full of chemicals. There is no such a thing as “fresh air” anymore. By mid-afternoon, the sky was entirely blanketed with a greyish-white covering. It lasted the rest of the day and into Saturday.

Meanwhile, there are many reports of hard-to-cure upper respiratory illnesses (colds, severe hacking coughs, bronchitis, pneumonia). Children and the elderly seem hardest hit. It takes weeks and weeks (sometimes two months!) to get over these illnesses. Many people I know are going to work with pneumonia! What some doctors are diagnosing as colds or bronchitis are not the usual variety that we had prior to about 2000. Drugs do not seem to be working. Alternative choices seem to be doing better. Upper respiratory illnesses are now the third leading cause of death. Five years ago, lung illnesses ranked number eight.

All mammals are targeted. So animals, too, are suffering. Domestic cats and dogs have chronic itchy skin. This also can be seen with farm animals (cows, sheep, pigs, and goats). In my own backyard (and those of many neighbors), the squirrels, hedgehogs, and an occasional raccoon are always scratching themselves. (At this time of year, no mosquitoes or other insects are around.) It seems to get worse for all mammals when there is a constant blanketing of more Chemtrails poisons.

In a 2003 report, Clifford Carnicom interviewed someone who has insider knowledge that the Pentagon and pharmaceutical companies are involved. (1)

Our immune systems continue to be under daily attack and are breaking down significantly with this chronic, government-induced poisoning. Chemicals used (such as barium and fiber-coated nano-aluminum, plus bacteria and viruses) destroy our own body’s ability to heal. We are all breathing these poisons constantly. On top of this, how much chemical brain injury has already been done to us, with daily aerosol spraying of aluminum that cause brain damage? (2)

Now there are reports of the illegal current administration wanting to do more planetary geo-engineering. With more lies and deceit piled on to compliant masses, they want to “slow down global warming.” Yet, the majority of scientists now are coming out to jointly say that there is no “global warming.” Rather, our planet is suffering from climate change. This is not to say, that humans have not caused significant environmental damage around the globe. The raping and pillaging of the last remaining natural resources continues at a reckless pace. As long as corporations have their short-term profits, it matters not to them what massive environmental havoc they cause to our eco-systems. We, humans, remain at the very top of a poisoned and collapsing web of life.

The earth is showing positive signs of cooling, and there are numerous scientific reports that confirm this. (3) The last IPCC [Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Control] Report was a watered-down consensus and did not include some important other considerations, such as sunspot activity.

How much of climate change is being caused by at least ten years of more than 60 different (private, military, and “public” i.e., using our own taxpayer dollars to poison us) Clandestine Weather Modification Programs? None of these has ever had any public discussion, input, or scrutiny.

Meanwhile, in a recent flight across the country (somewhere between Iowa and the Grand Canyon, at 37,000 feet), I counted 10 planes that were spraying dark-grey-to-black Chemtrails. One plane flying perpendicular to our path and below us, was clearly marked “United.” So it appears, that at least one plane spraying these aerosols was a United Airlines plane.

Has anyone else noticed/researched these black Chemtrails? What new toxins are in them?

Millions of people know about the extreme dangers that Chemtrails pose to all life on this planet. Many private citizens have tested soil, water, and snow to find dangerous levels of poisons in them. Why cannot we harness this shared concern? How long are we going to be unwitting test subjects for these deadly daily assaults? When will we wake up and put a collective stop to this criminal activity?

We are in a deliberately planned collapse not just of our economy, but also the destruction of our health. Yet, because every topic of serious concern is compartmentalized –instead of looking at an inter-disciplinary approach, and how everything relates to everything else– we do not see how this daily overhead poisoning, along with all the other environmental toxins, is already un-doing what little health we have. This is what we are experiencing now: the Illuminati Ponzi-scheme recipe for disaster.

The Augean Stables that are the beltway must be cleaned out. Each and every corrupt official and bankster who is leading us down a path of disaster must be charge and held accountable. They are all part of our continuing crises that they have deliberately created.

They will never do anything to fix what is going on, because those in charge are the problem.

Chemtrails: the destruction of the cumuli-methods and aims

Studying the chemtrails, linked to clandestine flights all over the world, in the last months, we discovered some aims of these military operations, methods and strategies.

Some months ago, we published some footages in which an imoprtant detail was shown: the chemical and biological substances are spread, in many cases, beneath the cumuli o inside of them and the at altitude wher contrails can't be created by aircrafts.

Cumuli are clouds that we can find from 800 mt. to 2300 mt. about and these clouds generally appear with a high pressure. They usually appears in the sunny days or after a downpour. They are linked to high humidity.

For the air force these clouds are a problem: in fact modern communications system based upon radar facilities, satellites, aircrafts, UAVs and wireless nanomachines need two conditions:

a) the atmosphere must be transformed in an electro-magnetic medium by means of metals (e. g. aluminum and barium)
b) humidity parameters must be small

The air force have solved this problem, by using airplanes that spread barium, aluminum, silica gel into the cumuli, in order to create a channel for radio signals, to destroy the clouds and to prevent their formation.

After the mission has been accomplished, other aicrafts are sent in the areas where this situation must be hold.

That's why many airplanes spread evanescent chemtrails: they create lines in the sky that someone might mistake for contrails. This is made to create a chemical mist and artificial clouds. In fact chemical elements spread by means of evanescent chemtrails fill the air and make the sky something similar to an opaque, but dazzling glass. In the morning the sky is of a pale blue, in the afternoon is white or grey and without cumuli.

Weather reports will forecast "sunny" days with some "innocuous mists", but they are harmful fogs of chemical origin.

High level contamination by natural and industrial sources of the alkali earth metal, barium (Ba) has been identified in the ecosystems/workplaces that are associated with high incidence clustering of multiple sclerosis (MS) and other neurodegenerative diseases such as the transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Analyses of ecosystems supporting the most renowned MS clusters in Saskatchewan, Sardinia, Massachusetts, Colorado, Guam, NE Scotland demonstrated consistently elevated levels of Ba in soils (mean: 1428 ppm) and vegetation (mean: 74 ppm) in relation to mean levels of 345 and 19 ppm recorded in MS-free regions adjoining.

The high levels of Ba stemmed from local quarrying for Ba ores and/or use of Ba in paper/foundry/welding/textile/oil and gas well related industries, as well as from the use of Ba as an atmospheric aerosol spray for enhancing/refracting the signalling of radio/radar waves along military jet flight paths, missile test ranges, etc. It is proposed that chronic contamination of the biosystem with the reactive types of Ba salts can initiate the pathogenesis of MS; due to the conjugation of Ba with free sulphate, which subsequently deprives the endogenous sulphated proteoglycan molecules (heparan sulfates) of their sulphate co partner, thereby disrupting synthesis of S-proteoglycans and their crucial role in the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) signalling which induces oligodendrocyte progenitors to maintain the growth and structural integrity of the myelin sheath.

Loss of S-proteoglycan activity explains other key facets of MS pathogenesis; such as the aggregation of platelets and the proliferation of superoxide generated oxidative stress. Ba intoxications disturb the sodium-potassium ion pump--another key feature of the MS profile. The co-clustering of various neurodegenerative diseases in these Ba-contaminated ecosystems suggests that the pathogenesis of all of these diseases could pivot upon a common disruption of the sulphated proteoglycan-growth factor mediated signalling systems. Individual genetics dictates which specific disease emerges at the end of the day.

This week we caught up with Lesa Jones, known as coloradolesarae on her flickr account. She had taken those amazing photos of the web-like substance strangling plants and insects we had on our last post. More than a year ago, Lesa says a friend told her to look up, she broke through the veil, she got a microscope, the rest as they say is history. She’s also researching further on the composition and characteristics of Morgellons fibers. We know that Linda Moulton Howe was also on Coast recently describing similar research. The red and blue fibers can withstand some intense heat up to 1000 degrees and remain intact. Blackened maybe but the molecular structure is said to be intact.

Smart Dust? We wanted to also point out that these Morgellons fibers may actually be nano-technology sprayed by aerosol planes to conduct a darker program on human beings. According to the white paper study - Hit ‘Em Where It Hurts, Strategic Attack in 2025, they’re spraying swarms of microsensors that will embed into the flesh of hard targets and float around in soft target environments receiving and transmitting information.

Text : Ground-based platforms in 2025 rely heavily on micromechanics and nanotechnology to shrink platforms to microscopic sizes. These platforms could be inserted via human agents, through water or food supplies, or through aerial seeding operations using UAVs. Microsensors thinner than human hairs could transmit data to the Delphi database via UAV or satellite relay.

One meterologist actually tells viewers what he was told about how spraying powdered metals and chaff messes up his forecasts. The area in Florida he references on the map, is near a military aerial training region. So, are they spraying rural test areas with microsensors and its turning up Morgellons?

UAV’s are important to this program, they interact with aerosol jets spraying the fibers (microsensors) bring in HAARP and then I guess there’s no where to hide. Wait, what about a mountainous region in Afghanistan?

We’ve also watched Army/Air Force commercials designed to recruit UAV pilots, who sit behind monitors with joysticks. Seriously, a story came out last month stating how UAV pilots were falling asleep at the monitors from being overworked. Heavily armed predator drones are flying around with soldiers asleep at the controls.

Chemtrails - Bio-Active Crystalline Cationic Polymers (art. by Mike Castle)

I read and observed with much interest the recent micro-photo's sent to me by Kim Weber of the Polymer filaments recovered off the South Oregon Coast. This same group of photo's and article appeared on your web-site.

You are accurate in the comments regarding Clifford Carnicom's study and investigation of these materials. I have also been looking at this strange aerosolized filament technology for about three years. What I have found, after receiving samples retrieved around Seattle, WA., is a cationic reaction polymer that has an unidentified bio-active material within it. My first opinion is that this is the biological control agents released by the Federal DEA to destroy and further control marijuana growing across the United States and certain portions of Canada. We have found that these bio-control agents are genetically mutated fungal forms that have been mutated with viruses and they purportedly find and kill any plants containing THC, the active ingredient.

However, this is a different story of how Big Gov can launch a control agent into the Environment and now the entire clandestine DEA technical effort to control certain substances and drugs,appears to be headed the same direction as that of Jurassic Park..The Movie..recall the ending? Out of control...they didn't expect these mutated monsters to reproduce! Trillions of Fussarium/virus mutated spores fill the air we breathe and secrete a powerful mico-toxin. Associative with Reactive Airway Disease?

The aerosol polymer filaments and webs are a different story, though, based on our limited research. We can never seem to collect enough samples to actually conduct thourough and complete organic/inorganic analyses and the assessment of thebiological section.

We do know that these polymers are of a crystalline morphology, are very friable and break into millions of small fragments in the atmosphere, are inhaled and in some cases are bio-active causing serious skin lesions and diseases when absorbed into the skin. The filaments are lyophillic or are oil soluble (upper epidermis oils melt the polymer fragments and are absorbed into the skin). We have clearly identified the US Air Forces polymer technology used in UV Radiation Mitigation strategies. The use of encapsulated Ultra-Violet Absorbers, Mannin and other organic compounds to absorb UV or reflect radiation have been found in US Patents.

These were provided to the writer by an associate whom was given the US Patent Numbers of the specific technology used, by individuals employed by the US Air Force National Atmospheric Lab at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio (street slang "The Tesla Center") These individuals have been verified to exist. We have viewed the US Patents assigned to Mil Industrial Complex Corporations working as Federally approved Contractors. Hughes Aircraft Corporation is also very involved in the development and articulation, experimentation and deployments of some of these technologies.

Another example in the observation of polymers and filaments deployments are the ChemTrails that appear to be "dashes" in the jet-trails pattern. Much like lines-on-the-road, ticked. These are thought to be the separate, individual reaction-injections of a cationic polymer system that has been mixed in a cannister and immediately ejected into the atmosphere using a venture' eduction spinneret nozzle. The reaction occurs in-situ in the airborne phase. The "cloud-like" dashes are the spent reaction products, until the cannister is empty and then another cannister is prepared (this would be the clear-air space between the dashes). Many commercial US Patents are available for viewing this research.

An example is in California and the utilization of a cationic reaction polymer containing heavy-metal yellow-chromate for highway line-painting. I have actually seen this machine spray the lines. Uniquely, cationic polymers have an extremely high capacity for use of heavy -metals. They don't coagulate due to catalysis. This is fundamentally the opinion of many professional researchers in the ChemTrails debacle that Barium and Aluminum, Cadmium, Selenium and Thorium can be easily sprayed into the atmosphere, are chemically stable and reflect UV and may carry a specific electronic charge. This is the model aerosolized platform.

I could continue this review, however, I will allow you and possibly your readers to digest some this first.

I cannot comment on the Martian connection, however.

How To See Mystery Chemtrail Aerosol Filaments (By Sue Miller)

Chemtrail fibers; microfilaments; 'sky-webs''; chemtrail fall-out; electrostatic filaments; CT particulates; perhaps even 'Morgellon's'. "I like the term 'fibrils' as it implies a synthesized microfiber with conductive properties." (Moondog @ Carnicom).
But whatever they end up being called (personally, I lean towards 'CT-UV fibrils' -- has a nice ring), they are REAL and OBSERVABLE.

See for yourself -- it's simple...

These CHEMTRAIL/AEROSOL/ UV/ FIBRIL/ FILAMENTS are very easy to observe under the right conditions.

To actually WITNESS these filaments covering you, and your children, your pets, your home, your plates, your pillow and your possessions can be very shocking.

They are all over us.
They are floating in the air.
They are entwined in all that extra 'dust' you have been wiping up lately throughout your home...and the 'dust' on your car.
They are clogging your A/C and furnace filters.
They are landing on your food between the plate and your mouth.

In mid-April, 2000, Djebemon, a respected poster at Clifford Carnicom's Chemtrail Board -- since renamed the Aerosol Operations Board (links below) -- discovered that there were THOUSANDS of tiny 'particles' or 'filaments' on his hair, clothing, skin, carpet and walls. These transparent 'filaments' are about three times thinner than a human hair or pet hair, about 0.5-3 mm long, and are virtually INVISIBLE in normal light -- even if you are staring right at them.
However ... under UV 'blacklight', they fluoresce with a blue glow.

It has been especially notable that no debunkers came forward to contest our findings (and 2000 was a record year for debunking attempts!)

But then, after the initial shock subsided, we got used to it, we bought our air filtration units, and attention turned elsewhere. (It is really unpleasant to live daily with the realization that part of life is way out of our control.)

But the filaments never went away. They are still here, in even heavier concentrations.

A magnifying glass or reading glasses may help if your vision isn't really sharp. But, if they are present, you can't miss them.

You need to have one simple tool. Get an 18" long fluorescent tube-type ultraviolet / blacklight that comes in a plug-in fixture -- they are sold at stores like Walmart and Radio Shack for about $19.99 - $24.99. (I bought an 18" GE brand one in the bulbs section at our local Walmart and a Radio Shack one. Both work well.) The cheaper smaller fluorescent tubes, the 60 watt screw-in bulb types and the UV battery light units do not work for this purpose. You really need to get the 18" long tube light -- there is something more effective about the wavelength it emits.

Put on a dark cotton knit shirt (like a T-shirt), wear it around awhile (including outdoors), then go in a dark room -- it should be DARK! -- turn on the UV light, and look...
You are looking for tiny filaments about 1/3 the diameter of a hair in a range of sizes from about 1/32 "-1". They glow bright blue. If they are around, you will see them almost instantly.

You may be astonished to find them ALL OVER -- your skin. your rug, your mirrors (they seem 'attracted' to mirrors!)... They're in the air, swirling and floating on the slightest air currents. Check your hair -- it is exposed outdoors -- it can 'host' hundreds! Your clothes can glow like galaxies of miniature stars are on them. 'Dust' on every flat surface in your home can be filled with them.
Some wave and squirm, almost as if they're alive.

If you have children, check their hair, eyebrows and exposed skin. (Finding 'strange' material on your child tends to accelerate one's questing processes...)

The first time I saw them, I immediately thought they were lint -- there were far too many of them everywhere -- they HAD to be lint! Or pet hair. Or acrylic fibers from the wall-to-wall carpet...

Pet hair doesn't glow under UV light. Nor carpet fiber. Check it out.
Yes, lint can certainly glow under UV. Fiberfill strands can glow. And some detergents contain optical brighteners that fluoresce.

But these CT-UV fibrils are NOT lint.

First of all, you can SEE lint on your clothes. You CANNOT see these filaments in regular light EVEN if you are looking right at them. Catch one with tweezers under UV light, keep a firm grip, and turn on the room light. It 'vanishes'! Turn the room light off, turn the UV on, and it's still there.

Secondly, there were a lot of people in the 1970's who owned UV lights of this type for illuminating posters and creating a party mood. No one from that era claims to remember this material.

Thirdly, to quickly and permanently dispel the 'lint theory', all you need is a microscope. (A decent hobby or toy store has ones adequate for this -- around $30.)
Pick up a known piece of lint, thread or carpet fiber with tweezers and put it on a clean microscope slide. Look at it under 20x or 40x magnification. Note the twisted fibers -- they look like rope. These are solid (not translucent), dusty-looking, and have bushy ends.

Now pick up a suspected 'CT-UV fallout' filament with tweezers and put it on a clean microscope slide. (You want to choose a very slender one about 1/3 -1/2' long that seems responsive to movement. This will make sense when you start really looking at them.) Look at it under 20-40x magnification. They are transparent/translucent. They seem to made of some sort of prismatic flat filament that twists -- extruded looking, about 1/3- 1/5 the diameter of a human hair laid side-by-side -- obviously NOT fiberous. Even to a layman's eye, they look 'manufactured'. And , what are these BARBS on them -- like sharp raspberry thorns? Spaced apart -- engineered looking -- explains why they cling so tenaciously...

And... what are those intermittent clumps or beads or crystals of material embedded along the strand?

After you see them magnified, you will NOT want to breathe them, or ingest them in any form. But, THERE IS NO CHOICE!

Once you are used to seeing them under the UV light, they can be easily found on mirrors, where they are also visible under direct sunlight without a UV light. (Try a bathroom mirror that gets strong direct sunlight. ) Many get stuck to the glass, but part of them often sticks out as a transparent waving filament. It can be spooky to watch them with a magnifying glass, because they will move in response to a finger, as if they are attracted to flesh... like a blindly seeking parasitic worm. (Uggh.)
You can 'play' with them. Pick one up with tweezers and note how 'clingy' it is and how almost LIVE it seems as it twists and squirms. It can grip your finger. No one is claiming that they are alive -- their movement could be due to electrostatic forces, or microcurrents of air caused by warm flesh -- but it is still deeply unsettling.

Careful searching can turn up a small menagerie of weird variants: short fluorescent orange ones; 2mm long microfilaments that are half blue, half yellow under UV light; some longer filaments that are mottled blue and orange under UV light and very motion reactive; 4mm long filaments that are blue with green ends; a mottled orange one with blue streaks (that seemed to twist and squirm to avoid the tweezers...); and a tiny blue one with neon green ends.
(They disturb me because they imply sophisticated engineering.)

We don't know what they are, or what they are for... but we did get a pretty good idea of where they are coming from.
With a few days of observation, it was clearly established that these 'microfilaments' are coming from the air outside. This can be proven by checking a clean dark cloth with a blacklight, then placing it outdoors for several hours or days, then bringing it in and checking it again with the blacklight.

They seem especially prevalent during rain. They cling more, and that doesn't make sense, because if they were affected by static electricity, wouldn't they be less attracting in damp air, not more? Yet, we will be covered with 'fresh' ones after coming in from the rain. It's the best collection time. I use tweezers and 35mm plastic film containers.

No one posting at Carnicom seems to have access to a photography microscope. We hope that someone with access to such will post some photomicrographs.

Manufactured, flattish, extruded, barbed, thorned, translucent, electroreactive filaments virtually invisible EXCEPT under long-tube ultraviolet light.

And, using a blacklight , we each can probably pick at least one hundred off our skin, hair and clothes .

Source, composition and purpose still completely unknown (by us citizens, anyhow.)

It's even worse than first 'discovering' chemtrails in 'your' sky, isn't it? The shock, the violation, the questions...
(And the same sheeple who can't 'see' chemtrails, can't seem to 'see' these either...)

Especially needed are scientists -- biochemists, polymer chemists, microbiologists, asthma and respiratory condition researchers, people with access to powerful microscopes and testing facilities, etc. -- to join in the grassroots efforts to solve this mystery.

Pay attention to non persistent and brief chemtrails that can appear as contrails. At low altitude we cannot see contrails, so, if you see a non persistent trail, this is a chemtrail like persistent chemtrails.
